摘 要
材料分拣控制系统的使用是现在工业自动化常用的控制系统之一,它可以根据各种产品的加工需要,按照预定的控制程序动作,实现对不同的产品进行分类,减轻人工的劳动强度,完成自动化生产的控制要求,具有动作迅速、准确、结构简单、安装方便、可靠等一系列优点,在各行业中得到广泛的应用。可编程序控制器是在继电器控制和计算机技术的基础上开发出来,并逐渐发展成为以微处理器为核心、集计算机技术、自动控制技术及通信技术于一体的一种新型工业控制装置,功能比较强大。在此装置中选择PLC来控制分检系统。分拣功能包括四个方面:分拣出金属铁质材料、铝质材料;分拣出金属中黄颜色块;其他材料块;设计分为两大类:硬件部分和软件部分,硬件部分包括气动部分;软件为PLC程序部分。

ABSTRACT
Material sorting control system is now use industrial automation control
system of the commonly used one it may, according to various products
processing need, according to the predetermined control program to action,
and to realize the different product classification, reduce artificial labor
strength and complete automation production control requirements with
action quick, accurate and simple structure, easy installation, reliable, and a
series of advantages, in various industries widely applied. Programmable
controller is in the relay control and computer technology foundation is
developed, and gradually developed into a microprocessor core, set the
computer technology, automatic control technology and communication
technology in the integration of a new type of industrial control device,
more powerful function. In this device to control the choice in PLC sorting
system. Sorting functions include four aspects, sorting out metal iron
