中班构建区活动后教师评价研究:问题与建议
摘 要
构建区活动后的教师讲评是教师与幼儿就构建区活动情况的一个分享与讨论的过程,可以帮助幼儿形成对活动的更深的认知,对幼儿经验的积累、促进幼儿的全面发展具有十分重要的作用。在构建区活动后的教师讲评过程中,教师应就活动中幼儿的表现、作品、创新行为或者活动的过程等内容进行讲评,以此来不断提升幼儿的倾听、理解、思考、语言表达等综合能力。但是在当前很多幼儿园的构建区活动后的教室讲评过程中,在讲评方式、讲评内容以及讲评话题等方面都存在一定的不足,亟待于进一步加以完善和改进。
本文主要基于当前中班教师构建区活动讲评现状以及存在的问题进行分析,并提出对应性的解决策略,希望能够为教师讲评工作的不断完善提供一定的参考和借鉴。

II Abstract
Teacher comment after building district activities is a process of sharing and
discussing the activities between teachers and young children, which can help
children to form a deeper understanding of the activities, which plays a very important
role in the accumulation of children's experience and the promotion of children's
all-round development. In the process of teacher evaluation after the construction of
district activities, teachers should comment on the performance, works, innovative
behavior or process of activities of children in the activities, so as to continuously
improve the children's comprehensive ability of listening, understanding, thinking,
language expression and so on. But in the classroom comment process after many
kindergarten construction area activities at present, in the comment way, the comment
content As well as comment topics and other aspects of some deficiencies, need to
be further improved and improved.
This paper mainly based on the current situation and existing problems of
middle-class teachers' activities evaluation, and put forward corresponding solutions,
hoping to provide some reference and reference for the continuous improvement of
teachers' evaluation work.
