摘要 本研究主要探索不同浓度重金属铜胁迫条件下铜钱草对富营养化水体净化效果的影响。将通过培养得到具有长势一致重量相当的铜钱草置于不同浓度铜的富营养水体中,观察和分析它们对水体中氮磷的去除效果,同时监测铜钱草的生理生化波动情况。得到如下结论: 1、不同浓度重金属铜胁迫下,铜钱草对水体中氮磷去除率明显不同。低浓度时表现为对氮的明显吸收促进水体中TN的去除,高浓度会抑制铜钱草对富营养水体中TN的吸收与去除。 2、从TP的数据分析中发现,在Cu2+浓度为0.5mg/L、1.0mg/L、1.5mg/L时,其TP去除率分别为83%、84%、80%,均高于空白组(72%)。证明适量的Cu2+

的加入有利于提高TP的去除率,随着浓度的升高会减弱其促进效果。 3、根据叶绿素的数据表明,在不同Cu2+浓度下叶绿素A的含量都有明显的增长,说明不同浓度的Cu2+对叶绿素A的含量有促进作用且低浓度组的促进作用最为明显。在不同Cu2+浓度下叶绿素B的含量也有所增长,说明不同浓度的Cu2+对叶绿素B的含量有一定的促进作用且低浓度组的促进作用较为明显。而在不同Cu2+浓度下类胡萝卜素的含量都有明显的降低,说明不同浓度的Cu2+对类胡萝卜素的含量有一定的抑制作用且高浓度组的抑制作用较为明显。再比较不同浓度的Cu2+对叶绿素A、叶绿素B、类胡萝卜素三者的影响,其中对叶绿素A的促进作用最为明显,只对类胡萝卜素有抑制作用;综合对叶绿素的影响,三个浓度中0.5mg/L组最合适。 4、依据酶的数据处理可知,不同Cu2+浓度下铜钱草中MDA的含量变化不一,均有所增加,但是Cu2+浓度越高对MDA的促进作用越不明显;不同Cu2+浓度下铜钱草中SOD的含量都有明显的促进作用;不同Cu2+浓度下铜钱草中CAT含量均有促进作用,但随着Cu2+浓度的增加对CAT的增加起抑制作用;不同Cu2+浓度下铜钱草中POD的含量都有明显的促进作用。通过比较三种酶受不同Cu2+浓度的影响可发现,SOD的增加幅度最为明显,而POD的含量变化并不稳定。 关键词:铜钱草、重金属铜、富营养化、叶绿素

Abstract This experiment was conducted to study how hydrocotyle vulgaris which under the conditions of heavy metal coppers that in different concentration effect in the purification of the eutrophic water. Put hydrocotyle vulgaris that obtain through training and have same weight and growth situation into different concentration eutrophic water. Observation and analysis their effect on removing nitrogens and phosphorus in eutrophic water, while monitoring the physiological and and biochemical fluctuations of hydrocotyle vulgaris. Draw the following conclutions: 1.Under the conditions of heavy metal coppers that in different concentration , hydrocotyle vulgaris has different rate of removing nitrogen and phosphorus in eutrophic water.In low concentration,uptake of nitrogen significantly promote the removement of Total Nitrogen in the eutrophic water. In high concentration,it inhibits hydrocotyle vulgaris’s absorption and removement of Total Nitrogen in the eutrophic water. 2.From the analyzation of total phosphorus we can find that when copper ions in the concentration of 0.5mg/L、1.0mg/L、1.5mg/L, the rate of removing total phosphorus is 83 percent、84 percent and 80 percent which are all higher than that in the blank group (72 percent). Prove that the addition of proper concentration copper ions make contributions to promote the rate of removing total phosphorus, and with the increasement of concentration the promotal effect decreases. 3.According to the date of chlorophyll, in different concentration of copper ions the content of chlorophyll A has increased obviously, which illustrates that different concentration of copper ions has active influence on the content of chlorophyll A especially in low concentration.Analogously,in different concentration of copper ions the content of chlorophyll B also has increased to some extent, which illustrates that different concentration of copper ions has active influence on the content of chlorophyll B especially in low concentration.On the contrary,in different concentration of copper ions the content of carotenoid has decreased obviously, which illustrates that different concentration of copper ions has active influence on the content of carotenoid especially in high concentration.When compare the different concentration copper ions’ effect on chlorophyll A ,chlorophyll B and carotenoid we can see that copper ions has the most obviouse active effect on chlorophyll A and only has inhibiting effect on carotenoid.Comprehensive analysis of the influence on chlorophyll,the most suitable concentration of three is 0.5 mg/L. 4.According to the analysis of the date of the enzymes,when in different concentration of copper ions the Hydrocotyle vulgaris’ MDA contents are different, which all has increased, however, the concentration of copper ions’ active effcet on MDA is not that obvious; Obviously, different concentration of copper ions has active influence on Hydrocotyle vulgaris’ SOD. Different concentration of copper ions has active influence on Hydrocotyle vulgaris’ CAT, however, with the increasement of the concentration of copper ions the active affect turn to passive affect; Different concentration of copper ions has obviously active influence on Hydrocotyle vulgaris’ POD. .Comprehensive analysis of different concentration copper ions’ influence on three kind of enzymes, we can find that SOD has the most obviously increasement meanwhile the change POD’s content is unstable.
