程与教学目标,强调学生的主观能动性的发挥,倡导以人为本的教学理念 ,要求教师在教学过程中及时地完成多重角色的变,即把单一的数学知识的传授者转变成组织者、合作者、引导者的一个综合体,从而更加发挥教师的作用,引发学生学习的积极性和自主性。近两个月的实习,在指导老师姚老师和原任数学老师杨老师的教育指导,以及我亲身的教学之后,我发现了高中数学教育仍然存在一些不可避免的问题。 关键词:知识技能;情感;态度;价值观;以人为本;自主性
Abstract: the high school mathematics new curriculum reform established knowledge and skill,
process method, emotion, attitude, values of the trinity of the curriculum and teaching objectives, emphasizing the subjective initiative of students into full play, to promote people-oriented teaching idea, requests the teacher in the teaching process in a timely manner to complete multiple role transformation, namely single mathematical knowledge transformation organizer, collaborators, leader of a complex, thus more play to the role of teachers, stimulate students' learning enthusiasm and initiative. Nearly two months of practice, in the teacher Miss Yao and former math teacher education guidance, as well as my personal teaching, I found the high school mathematics education still exist some inevitable problems.
