乙酰甲喹是一种广谱,高效,低毒的兽药,受到人们的广泛应用。其在动物体内的主要代谢产物为和,这是一对同分异构体。为了更加透彻的了解乙酰甲喹在动物体内的代谢作用情况,我们就要研究其主要代谢产物。在合成1-单氧乙酰甲喹和4-单氧乙酰甲喹后,得到RF值不同的两个代谢产物,由于其是同分异构体,难以区分。本文就以为理论基础,利用根据Balandina (Tetrahedron Letters 45 (2004)
4003–4007)及Timmons (J. Org. Chem. 2008, 73, 9168–9170)等人的研究,应用化学软件计算1-单氧乙酰甲喹和4-单氧乙酰甲喹的核磁数据,并与实验值进行比较分析,得到区分这一对单氧乙酰甲喹的方法。
