测量仪器校正管理程序Calibration and management procedure for measurement instrument1.0 目的Purpose本程序的目的是对检验和测量装置进行控制，确保与其要求的测量能力相一致，保证监视和测量结果的有效性。

The purpose of this procedure is to control inspecting and measuring equipment and make suremeasurement capacity conform to the capacity we require and ensure validity of monitoring and measuring results2.0 范围Scope适用于公司所有检验/验证产品及对工序控制有影响的检验、测量和试验设备。

This procedure can be applied to inspecting , measuring equipment that affects procedure control and used to inspect and validate products3.0 适用文件Applicable documentQAI014 《仪器检定作业指导书》<working instruction for instrument identification>4.0 简称/定义Abbreviation/Definition4.1 检定：由法定计量技术机构确定并证实测量器具是否完全满足规定要求，而做的全部工作。

Identification: All the tasks legal measure technology institution do to identify and validate whether measuring instrument meets stipulated requirements4.2 校准：在规定条件下，为确定测量仪器、测量系统所指示的量值或实物量具、标准物质所代表的量值与测量标准所复现的量值之间关系的一组操作。

Calibration: the operation to determine the relation between the value measuring instrument/system displays and actual value standard substance and measure represent4.3 计量标准：用来定义、实现、保持、复现的单位或一个、多个量值，并通过比较，将它们传递到其他测量器具的实物量具、测量仪器、标准物质或测量系统。

Measuring standard：the unit to define ,realize ,keep and reappear or one or more measured values and measure, measuring instrument ,standard substance or measuring system used to send them to other measuring instrument by comparing4.4免检：无需明确数据，仅供修理用、只做比对或参考用等情形的测量仪器，其使用不直接影响产品质量。

Inspection-free: Measuring instrument that needn’t clear data and t hat is used to repair or asreference and whose use will not affect product quality directly5.0 设备/工具Equipment/Toolings不适用Inapplicable6.0 职责Responsibilities6.1 品保部对本程序执行管理责任；品保部（负责检验人员所使用）/维修部（设备以及其它）的计量管理人员负责对公司所有检验、测量和试验设备进行编号，建立总清单；负责监视和测量装置的检定/校准和管理；负责检验、测量和试验设备的归口管理，制定/更新总清单、送检计划并通知有关部门送检；QA dept are responsible to manage the enforcement of this procedure .Personnel who measure and manage in QA / Repairing dept are responsible to number all the inspecting and testing equipmentand set up a general list and check /calibrate and manage monitoring and measuring equipment and manage inspecting and measuring equipment and testing equipment and make/update general listsand checking plan and notify relevant depts. to send equipment for checking6.2 维修部协助品保部进行设备的管理。

Repairing dept help QA dept manage equipment6.3 使用部门职责Responsibilities of using depts.1) 负责监视和测量装置使用过程中的日常维护、保养工作。

They are responsible for daily maintenance of monitoring and measuring equipment2) 负责对失准测量设备已检验和试验结果的有效性进行评定，必要时对产品进行追溯、验证。

They are responsible to assess the validity of testing and inspecting results of measurementequipment whose reading is not precise and trace and validate products when necessary7.0 培训和资格Training and qualification7.1 测量仪器校正与管理人员须经过本程序的培训The personnel who calibrate and manage measuring instrument must be trained this procedure8.0 程序内容Procedure content8.1 如有新购检测和试验设备，设备到厂后，通知维修部/品保部和采购的部门办理验收手续，查看合格证/说明书等文件资料是否齐全，合格则进行编号并将有关资料保存；品保部负责登记，制定校准计划。

未验收仪器须贴上试用标签，测试结果仅作为参考。

购置设备、仪器前，技术、品保部门应根据被测产品/过程特性来确定设备、仪器的精度。

精度标准如下：Notify repairing /QA dept when new equipment we purchase arrives . Repairing dept /QA dept and purchasing dept do checking and accepting procedure and check whether certificates are completeand number the satisfactory ones and save relevant data .QA dept are responsible to register andmake calibration plan .Technique dept and QA dept identify the precision of equipment andinstrument in accordance with characteristics of products /processes to be tested before purchasing equipment and instrument .Precision standard is as follow :(1) 对监控工艺过程的计量检测设备的精度要求为该工艺所要求的三分之一。

The precision requirements of measuring and checking equipment that monitors techniqueprocesses should be one third of technique requirements(2) 对监控产品的计量检测设备的精度要求为该产品所要求的三分之一。

The precision requirements of measuring and checking equipment that monitors techniqueprocesses should be one third of product requirements8.2 公司根据生产、经营需要，建立长度、热学、力学、电学计量标准，负责厂内量值传递工作，且计量标准的量值须能溯源到国家/国际基准上。

Company set up measuring standard for length ,calorifics ,dynamics and electrics in accordancewith production and management need and are responsible to hand on measured value andmeasured value should be able to be traced back to national /international standard8.3 品保部负责制订检测和试验设备的校验/检定年度计划。

品保部根据年度校验/检定计划按时通知各部门送检；各部门负责按此要求执行。

对于免检的测量设备也必须列入清单进行管理，同时还须在设备上贴上免检标签。

QA dept are responsible to make annual plan for inspection and calibration .QA dept notify each dept to send equipment for checking in accordance with annual verifying and calibrating plan. Each dept carry out in accordance with requi rements .List the measuring equipment that needn’t to beinspected in the list for management and attach “inspection-free” label on the equipment8.4 对本公司有检定/校准能力的测量设备，由本公司进行检定/校准。
