首先我和我的朋友先去附近的一个小超市买一些制作巧克力的材料。
买完材料后,我把家里平底锅拿了出来,因为长时间没有用它所以必须要好好清洗一番才可以使用。
我熟练地打开煤气灶,我的朋友把我们买回来的巧克力放在一个碗里,然后把盛满水的锅放在炉灶上,让巧克力隔水融化。
这个时候需要有人在旁边时刻关注着融化程度,朋友拿着汤匙,不停地搅拌着。
教一个大家小窍门,融化巧克力的时候可以先把可可脂碾碎,这样融化以后味道会更加均匀。
在融化以后,将所有的配料都倒在平底锅里,一起搅拌着,直到全部融化。
我拿着勺子慢慢地搅拌着,巧克力的浓郁香味扑鼻而来,瞬间勾起了我肚子里的馋虫。
两分钟以后,平底锅里所有的材料已经全部融化,朋友帮我把融化后的巧克力倒在一个很精致的糖果模具里面,然后把它放在冰箱中等到它自然硬化。
一个小时以后,巧克力新鲜出“箱”。
我忍不住拿了一颗放在嘴里,丝滑的香甜在嘴里弥漫。
