内河散货船建造工艺设计

(浙江海洋学院 工程学院 浙江舟山 316000) [摘要] 船舶建造是一个复杂的工艺过程,船舶的建造具有作业面广、工作量大、设计和制造周期长的特点,涉及到多种专业技术,长期以来各专业工程无论在时间还是空间上都是相互交叉覆盖,甚至相互影响。如何做到高效率、高质量、短周期、并确保安全的建造船舶,就成为世界造船界长期追求的目标。现在造船模式就是以优化统筹理论为指导,应用成组技术原理,以中间产品为导向,按区域组织生产,壳舾涂作业在空间上分道,时间上有序,实现设计、生产、管理一体化。均衡,连续地总装造船。这就是现代化的壳舾涂一体化造船模式。 本文基于散货船的产品设计和生产设计作为参考,进行内河散货船的生产工艺设计。本次生产工艺设计以舟山凯灵船厂的生产规模为基础,与设计船的产品设计同步进行。本文着重设计了该船的总体建造工艺、分段划分细则、焊接工艺原则、各分段的具体建造步骤及船台总装装配程序,还设计了船舶装配完工后的密性试验与下水工艺。本次设计内容均严格按有关规范法规进行,并综合考虑了设计船的结构特点及船舶生产的经济性问题,旨在使质量与成本最优化。

。 Building Technics Design Of 5000t multi-purpose freighter SHI Canhan (zhejiang ocean university engineering academy zhoushan zhejiang 316004) ( [Abstract] Shipbuilding is a complicated craftwork .It is characterized of wide-arranged, heavy load, long cycle of design and manufacture, and it concerns various specialty techniques. So in a long term, specialty projects are intermingled whether in space or in time, and they even influence each other. How to make shipbuilding of high efficiency, high quality, short cycle, and safe and security is a target in hot pursuit of the shipbuilding industry all over the world. In the mode of shipbuilding of today , the technological process of shipbuilding is required to be divided into three parts, subsection manufacture ,territorial outfitting and territorial painting respectively, and among the process of design and manufacture, the ship fitting and painting are arranged integratedly. Based on the premise of optimizing design and perfecting management and under the guidance mid-product, special separation, time can be realized. On the principle of low cost and high quality, partial manufacture and integrant production can be both in the parallel processing and at high speed. This is the mode of shipbuilding integrative of hull, outfitting and painting. And this paper is based on the 5000t multi-purpose freighter’s technics of contract design which is mainly based on the real conditions of production of Yangfan Shipyard, parallels with the contract design of the shipyard. This paper emphasizes on the principle of the overall manufacture of the designed shipyard, principle of subsection partition, principle of welding technics, stages on manufacture in detail and assemblage procedure of shipway erection . The paper also concerns the design of tightness test and technics of the shipyard. All of the designs are strictly abide by the concerned regulation, in consideration of the matter of specialty of structure and the economical of shipbuilding and aimed the optimization of quality and cost.
