6 Keeping Fit Period 1 (付成花) Teaching goals: 1. Knowledge aim 1) All the students can master the words in Word Bank. 2) 90% students can master the use of a complement of object. 2、Ability aim 1)All the students can listen the dialogue. 2)90% can make the speaking. 3)85% students can do the comprehensive exercises. 3、Emotion and attitude aim The students try to strengthen physical exercise and to make rational arrangement for their diet to keep fit.
Important points: 1) The words in Word Bank. 2) The Infinitive and the participle in the use of a complement of object.

Read the title first. b. Attempt to find the key words. c. Find the answers in the passage. 3. Introduce the use of the tool books, including Notes to the text and dictionaries so as to cultivate the Ss self-study ability.
