1. I do apologize.我确实道歉。
在行为动词前加上动词“do”,其作用是强调该行为动词。助动词do有人称、时态和数的变化。例如:玛丽的确喜欢音乐。Mary does like music.

2. We're sorry for ...是道歉的常见表达方式,类似的表达还有:I'm sorry to..., I'm sorry that...,I'm sorry,but...,例如:
