摘 要
夹具是能够使产品按一定的技术要求准确定位和牢固夹紧的工艺装置,它的主要用于保证产品的加工质量、减轻劳动强度、辅助产品检测、展示、运输等。轴类工件是常见的工程结构,提高轴类工件铣床夹具设计效率有实际工程意义。
目前,世界上许多国家在计算机辅助夹具设计方面,都做了大量工作。我国在该项领域中尚处于研究阶段。计算机辅助夹具设计是通过计算机软件程序来完成夹具结构设计、总装图和零件图的绘制,以及制定出夹具零件的制造工艺等主要工作的计算机辅助机械设计的一个分支。传统的机床夹具设计需要检索许多资料,并花费许多绘图时间,设计的效率低、成本高。机床夹具设计往往还需借助于设计者的经验。计算机辅助夹具设计的开发和应用,既可缩短设计周期,又能促进机床夹具的标准化和系列化。
在计算机辅助夹具设计中,主要分为组合夹具和专用夹具设计二类。而国际上主要研究的对象是采用标准元件的槽系和孔系的组合夹具。当前国外正向开发夹具柔性化系统领域努力。夹具柔性化主要表现在以下两方面:一是结构的柔性化,即广泛采用标准元件的槽系和孔系组合夹具。二是夹具设计过程柔性化,也就是利用计算机技术和人工智能,把工程师设计夹具的过程描述为一个软件系统。

Multi-functional combination milling fixture design
Abstract
Fixture is to make the products according to certain technical requirements for
accurate positioning and firm clamping of the process device, its main products
for
processing to ensure quality, reduce labor intensity, support product testing,
display
and transportation. Shaft parts is a common project structure and improve
the
efficiency of shaft parts milling fixture design of practical engineering significance.
Currently, many countries in the computer-aided fixture design, has done a great
job. China in the field research stage. Computer-aided fixture design by
computer
software applications to do Fixture Design, assembly Tu and mapping
components,
and fixture parts to develop manufacturing processes and other major work in
a
branch of computer aided mechanical design. The traditional design of jigs
and
fixtures need to retrieve a lot of information, and spend too much time drawing and
design of low efficiency and high cost. Tool fixture design often need the help of the
designer's experience. Computer-aided fixture design development and
application,
can shorten the design cycle, but also to promote the standardization and serialization
of jigs and fixtures.
In the computer-aided fixture design, divided into modular fixture and
special
fixture design Type II. The major international study of the object is a
standard
component of the tank system and a combination of fixture holes. The current positive
development of foreign systems in the field of flexible work fixture. Fixture flexibility
lies in the following two aspects: First, the flexible structure, wide range of standard
components that slot modular fixture system and holes. Second, the flexible
fixture
design process, that is using computer technology and artificial intelligence,
to
engineer the design process is described as a fixture of the software system.
