I 摘 要

随着我国工业生产的飞跃发展,自动化程度的迅速提高,实现工件的装卸、转向、输送或操持焊枪、喷枪、板手等工具进行加工、装配等作业的自动化,已愈来愈引起人们的重视,同时也要求供料机构更加灵活、柔性化,以适应供送不同的物品,这使得供

送料机械手在自动机、自动线上得到愈来愈广泛的应用。

本课题的研究对象是为磁电机轮壳钻侧面孔专用机床配套设计装、卸料机械手,全文共分八部分。

绪论概述了工业机械手的发展状况,工业机械手的应用与发展趋势,以及本课题要完成的任务,选题的背景和意义。

第一部分卸料机械手系统的总体设计方案。对总体设计方案的提出做了详细的介绍。

第二部分机械手手指的设计。

第三部分传动轴的设计。传动轴是用来传递运动的,使安装在上面的零件实现预期的动作。

II Abstract

Along with the saltant development of industrial production in our country, and the rapid

enhancement of automaticity, achieve work piece,s loading and unloading, or the automation of

manipulating welding torch, spray gun and trigger tool to work and assemble, has increasingly brought

to people's attention. Simultaneously, in order to adapt for delivering the different goods ,we need the

organization of providing to be more nimble and flexible .This enables the manipulator of providing

and delivering material to obtain widely application in the automaton and transfermatic.

The topic,s object of study is designing a manipulator of attiring and unloading material for the

machine of special purpose ,which purpose is to drill a hole of the side face for the magnetoelectricity

motorized shell. The text is compose of five parts.

The introduction has summarized the development condition, the application and the trend of

development of the industrial manipulator, the duty of this topic and the background and significance of

this topic.

First part of this topic is the overall concept of designing this manipulator,and mades a detailed

introduction for the overall project of the design.

Second part of manipulator finger design.
