GMC Quotation criteria:
Please send us quote based on below criteria
Markets
As this project is for the Global Merchandising Center, the markets will include the following
countries. However, the major market is in Brazil & Mexico:
- Argentina
- Brazil
- Central America
- China
- Chile
- India
- Japan
- Mexico
- Puerto Rico
Specification, after sales service & Warranty
1. TV items,
Technical Service and 0-800 call center for local support
Warranty 12 month based on the selling date in WM store. Please list out the price for
this service separately in your quote.
A grade panel, 0% defective product
AA batteries for remote control need to be included.
E.g. $42.00 ( $2.00 after sales service included) if no warranty, Please provide the %
free spare parts in quotation.
2. DVD
AA batteries for remote control need to be included.
WMARG has special requirement on the AA batteries. They can only import the certified
batteries as listed in attached file from China. If your batteries is not in the list, please
provide me the battery name, brand, model# & manufacture name so that I can check
whether it’s certified or not in ARG.
BATTERIES

If the DVD is multiregional, please add an instruction sheet to teach customer how to
set the region code.
MP3 and Dolby function: please provide the price for those license as optional
additional price
For both TV & DVD, please provide the available license /quality certification/approval for
your products. This information should be listed into the quotations and we need you to list
out the certificate cost separately. E.g. FOB $42.00 ( If need Philip LSCD, additional cost
$2.5 )
Payment Terms
Please quote based on L/C 30days ( except O/A 30 days for WM China)
Price validity is requested to June 31, 2011.
DA & Testing
Please note DA% (Defect Allowance) is 0%.
Please note that the products have to meet the regulatory requirements for above
countries.
Samples need to be sent to Wal-Mart Retail countries for testing if required. All the
sample cost, courier cost, tax, duty cost has to be pre-paid by supplier. Wal-Mart will
pay for the testing fee.
WM ARG—IRAM, WM Mexico –NOM, WM Brazil – INMETRO,
WM Chile & Walcen --Not required
Packaging
Bilingual packaging & instructional manual (English & Local official language) is required.
Supplier is responsible for the translation.
Others
If your products can be sold in China market, please send us the quotation based on
RMB price including 17% VAT separately.
