Hello, I am Liming. I will share some tips about keeping heathy with you. First,
we should get up early every day and we must eat a healthy breakfast. Because breakfast
can give you energy in the morning. The second, we can go to school on foot or ride a
bike for doing exercise. The most important, we can not play computer games or watch
TV all day. We should take a rest, we can go out of home to play with our friends. We
should eat lots of vegetables and a little meat for dinner. After dinner we can eat some
fruit to help me to digest. Pay attention, we can not go for a walk after eating at once.
We should go to bed at 9:00.
