一、 概述Summary

石化或电力等行业的工艺凝结水中含油含铁是一个普遍存在的问题,随着我国的经济发展,节能节水降耗越来越受到重视。

Condensate water with oil&iron in petrochemical and Power field is a normal case, and it becomes more important for most enterprises to save water and energy with the developing of economics.

GRAVER公司作为全球过滤分离技术的领导者,其产品已在全球数百套液液分离系统中成功应用,并积累了丰富的油水分离的设计及运行管理经验。针对本项目,我们作如下说明:

Graver is a leader of advanced filtration technology ,its products have great success in liquid/liquid separation system all over the word, accumulate much experience of oil/water separation design and operation. For this case we explain our idea as follows:

在所有油水分离项目中,采用分离过滤一体化的多功能吸附剂除油除铁过滤技术,由于其技术成熟、控制方便,项目风险较小。

In all oil/water separation project, we introduce high-perform and multifunctional technology to remove oil&iron from water, this technology has advantage of successful process, easy control and low risk as well.

1 系统原始资料 system database 凝结水的指标如下:condensate water spec:

设计压力Designed pressure:0.6MPa 进水温度Temp of water-in:〈80℃ 出水水质指标water-out:Ion〈50PPb max 含油量oil content:0.5ppm( oil of water-in less than 10PPM) 二、PCPE装置介绍Facility introduction PCPE装置采用覆盖过滤器的形式,就是将GRAVER公司的Ecosorb粉末[其组成为粉末状除油除铁专用吸附剂等滤料]覆盖在一种特制的纤维缠绕—折叠的滤芯上[GRAVER 公司的Dual Guard滤芯],使它形成一个滤层,作为滤膜,水由管外通过滤膜和滤元上的孔进入管内,在过滤的同时也和滤料进行除油和离子交换,所以,该系统具有除油、过滤和除盐的三重性能。因此,通过专用吸附剂覆盖过滤系统后,可获得高品质的水质,进而满足后续工艺要求。

PCPE facility introduce Graver’s Ecosorb powder resin(a kind of powder adsorbent to adsorb oil&iron from water) laying over a special kind of sieve made from polymer fiber ,voluble and foldaway, which perform as a lay of filtration film, raw water go through from outside filtration film and into tube, oil removal and iron exchange with resin will also be done at the same time, so this facility contribute three performance, oil removal/filtration/desalt. Hence water treated from this system can meet the process requirement. 4

3 核心部件的选择 Key part 本系统中采用成熟的美国Graver公司的Powerdex系统模式、多功能吸附剂及专用过滤滤元,保证装置出水水质。This system is equipped with Graver’s Powerdex mode, multifunctional adsorbents and special filtration sieves to guarantee water-out quality.

1) 滤芯介绍filtration sieves Dual Guard 滤芯是GRAVER公司的专有滤芯,其特点是在保证涂膜效果的情况下,最大限度地保证过滤效果。Dual Guard is a patent sieves of Graver, which can maximize the effect of filtration.

2)Ecosorb多功能吸附剂介绍 6

Ecosorb introduction Ecosorb多功能吸附剂是GRAVER公司的专有产品,其特点是结合了吸附和离子交换两项目功能,在保证涂膜效果的情况下,大大提高了吸附及离子交换效率。 Ecosorb is another patent product of Graver, which delivers good performance of adsorption and ion exchange under the circumstance of laying film over the sieves.

4 PCPE features and operation mode PCPE装置的核心是具有世界领先水平的除油滤料和专用滤元以及高效吸附剂覆盖过滤系统。PCPE core equipment is the advanced oil removal filtration material and patent sieves as well as high-perform adsorption film system.

每套系统配有一套铺膜系统(包括一个带搅拌器的铺膜箱、一个辅助箱、一台铺膜加料泵、一台铺膜再循环泵)Each system equipped with a set of laying film system(include a laying film cabinet with beater , an accessorial cabinet, a pump to laying film, a pump to recycling)

每台过滤器各配一台护膜泵,铺膜后的过滤器一旦处于备用状态或运行中过滤器进水流量过低,护膜泵将自动启动在过滤器进出口之间进行再循环,防止滤膜脱落。Every filter equipped with a pump of film protection, the filter with film in the case of backup or operate low volume of water, the pump of film protection will run automatically to recycle between inlet and outlet of filter, in order to keep the film laying on.

每套凝结水覆盖过滤系统还配有反冲洗系统、空气贮存系统、控制系统。Every facility equipped with RO system, air storage system and control system.

设置一套控制系统,采用PLC对装置运行集中监视、管理和自动顺序控制,不设常规仪表盘。控制系统能进行全自动程序控制、半自动控制、手动控制。Equiped with a set of PLC control system to monitor all the operation and management and autocontrol, without normal instrument screen. Control system can run automatically, semi-automatically and manually
