玉液汤对气阴两虚型糖尿病大鼠血糖与胰岛素受体的影响胡久略;张瓅方;侯紫君;郅琳;樊赟;王三沆【摘要】In order to explore clinical efficacy and molecular echanism of Yuye Decortion on diabetes with syndrome of deficiency of spleen's function were explored. The diabetic rats model was induce by streptavidin, then were randomly divided into normal group, model group, treatment group and control group which were given distilled water, Yuye Decortion and Xiaoke Pill respectively. Blood glucose, blood lipids, glycated hemoglobin, insulin were checked, insulin receptor and the receptor substrate-1 gene in liver were checked by RT-PCR. The results show that animals` glucose, blood lipids, glycated hemoglobin after SMZ injected was significantly higher and insulin levels were significantly reduced, administrateion of Yuye Decortion and Xiaoke Pill can significantly lower blood glucose, blood lipids, glycated hemoglobin levels, increase insulin levels in diabetic rats, there was significantly difference the two groups compared with model group (P < 0. 05), there was not significant difference of treatment group compared with control group (P> 0. 05); Both of treatment group and control group can increase levels of IR, IRS-1 m RNA in diabetic rat liver, compared with model group there were statistically differences t (P < 0. 05); There was no significant difference between treatment group and control group (P> 0. 05). So Yuye Decortion can reduce blood glucose, improve insulin levels, its mechanism may be influencing the insulin receptor and insulin receptor substrate achieved.%为了探讨玉液汤疗效及其降糖的分子机理,采用佐脲链菌素复制糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为正常组、模型组、治疗组和对照组,分别给予蒸馏水、玉液汤和消渴丸,观察血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素水平和肝脏胰岛素受体、受体底物1基因表达水平.结果表明:注射SMZ后动物血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白明显升高,胰岛素水平明显降低,两组均能明显降低糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白水平、提高糖尿病大鼠胰岛素的水平,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),治疗组与对照组两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05);治疗组与对照组均能增加糖尿病大鼠肝脏胰岛素受体(insulin receptor,IR)、胰岛素受体底物(insulin receptor substrate,IRS)mRNA水平,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),治疗组与对照组两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05).可见,玉液汤能降低糖尿病大鼠血糖、提高胰岛素水平,其机理可能是影响胰岛素受体-受体底物实现的.【期刊名称】《科学技术与工程》【年(卷),期】2019(019)003【总页数】5页(P62-66)【关键词】糖尿病;玉液汤;胰岛素受体;胰岛素受体底物1;佐脲链菌素【作者】胡久略;张瓅方;侯紫君;郅琳;樊赟;王三沆【作者单位】河南省张仲景方药与免疫调节重点实验室,南阳理工学院张仲景国医国药学院,南阳 473004;河南中医药大学,郑州 450046【正文语种】中文【中图分类】R931.71糖尿病是全球最常见的内分泌代谢疾病,也是中风、冠心病等心脑血管疾病的独立危险因素,严重威胁着人类的健康。

【摘要】目的:观察苦瓜、黄芪、黄芩苷实验性2型糖尿病大鼠血糖、胰岛素和胰岛素敏感指数的影响.方法:用高热量饲料加小剂量链脲佐菌素(30 mg/kg)建立实验性2型糖尿病大鼠模型后,用苦瓜、黄茂、黄芩苷治疗6周,测定空腹血糖,血清胰岛素,计算出胰岛素敏感指数.结果:苦瓜、黄芪、黄芩苷能降低实验性2型糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖、提高胰岛素敏感指数.结论:苦瓜、黄芪、黄芩苷具有改善实验性2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗的作用.
