长元音尽量拉长

双元音饱满、到位；尽量用你的口形来夸张发音，尽量发泄，尽量慢；争取以最慢的速度在一口气内用拉长、饱满、到位的放纵口形把句子读完；一定要把句子中的双元音读准。最后再用正常的语速，标准、地道的一口气轻松读完。
