肝素对慢性肾病大鼠骨骼的影响

目的 普通肝素在慢性肾病病人血液透析过程中有广泛的应用。在此之前,已有研究证明肝素引

起正常骨的骨量丢失,而肝素常用于尿毒症的血液透析,它如何影响慢性肾病骨代谢目前未见文

献报道。本文探究肝素对慢性肾病大鼠骨骼的影响。方法 40只3月龄雄性SD大鼠随机分成正常

对照组(Normal),慢性肾病组(CKD),低剂量肝素组(L-UFH),高剂量肝素组(H-UFH)。四

组均给予高磷饮(1.03%)食,饲养6周;CKD组食物中加腺嘌呤(0.75%),连续四周;第二周

开始,Normal组、CKD组皮下注射生理盐水,L-UFH和H-UFH在CKD模型的基础上,分别皮下注

射lU/g/Kg UFH和2U/g/Kg UFH

 Objective:To analysis the relation of Enterogenous 5-hydroxytryptamine levels to bone density and 

biochemical Index of bone metabolism such as serum Procollagen I N-terminal Propeptide(PINP)、 

β-Crosslaps 、 Parathyroid Hormone(PTH) and 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25(OH)D) in 

Human.Methods:①We recruited 540 people from an age-stratified random sample of Guangzhou, China 

residents. At last the analysis was based on 350 people, all of them were patients of the Gemeral 

Hospital of Guangzhou Command between May 2011 to December 2012. The sample spanned ages 

from 20 to 90 years.

目的 分析人体血清中肠源性性5-羟色胺(5-HT)与各部位骨密度(BMD)、骨代谢生化指标总I型前

胶原氨基端肽(PINP)、β-胶原降解产物(β-Crosslaps)、甲状旁腺素(PTH)及25-羟基维生素

D(25(OH)D)等的相关性。[方法]①本研究选入样本数540例,最后纳入研究的350

例。所有样本为2011年5月-2012年12月间到广州军区广州总医院住院部及门诊部就诊的20~ 90岁的人群。

A liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination 

of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D and method comparison

Aim: Vitamin D has been found to play a significant role in many biological processes.

25-hydroxyvitamin D (25OHD) is the best marker for vitamin D nutrition status. Immunoassay-based 

methods were commonly applied in the laboratory test for 25OHD. However liquid chromatography 

tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) is considered the gold standard because it is the most accurate 

and specific of all methods. We aim to develop an accurate method for the simultaneous determination 

of serum 25OHD2 and 25OHD3 by using a LC-MS/MS and to compare it with other methods available 

to clinical use.
