Crystal type high frequency induction heating machine equipment series

1.Overview High(intermediate) frequency induction heating equipment are mainly used in heating,welding, hot forging and melting hardware small workpiece,it’s small in size and light in weight,save electric power efficiently.The same heating rate is only 1/5 electricity consumption of the high frequency of the electron tube,very safe,no near million volts,to avoid the danger of high voltage electric shock.

1)Hot forging range:Heating time determines the heating temperature and the degree of heating,heating starts from the surface,such as: 15mm diameter solid steel bar is heated to 1000 DEG 15KW for 6 seconds, only 3 seconds 25KW.

2)Welding range:Welding area of 15KW is about 12cm.700-850 DEG silver based solder, takes about 25 seconds,900-950 DEG copper base takes a little longer, if you use 25KW, welding speed must be fast,then welding area is larger.

3)Heat treatment:The working temperature depends on the output current size and time and other parameters ,it can be up to 3000. The heating range: 15KW hollow 2-350mm diameter; solid steel bar need longer time, generally in about 200mm.

4)Smelting: 15mm steel bar as a example, 15KW model takes 15 seconds to melt it ; 25KW only need 10 seconds.

2)Induction heating materials with poor magnetic conductivity,such as copper and aluminum,increasing the number of induction loops. 3)The coupling gap between the induction coil and the heating part is suitable for 1-3mm (the heating area is relatively small).

4)In the position of the maximum output, the current display 15kw 600A 25kW 1000A, workpiece is extended into the induction coil, current as remained unchanged, but the heating effect is not good; it indicates: load is too light, and the induction coil coupling load too poor, too few of induction loops;at this time,reducing the size of the induction coil,namely narrowing the gap between the induction coil and the workpiece; if the gap is very small, to increase the induction coil number of turns.

5)When the output oscillating current can not be adjusted to the maximum, adjusting knob to a position, a load, current declines too much, even automatic shutdown, that load is too heavy, and the induction coil coupling too good, or too many of induction loops;at this time, as long as it does not automatically stop, does not affect the use. And at the same time, the heating efficiency is also very high: but if automatic shutdown, an appropriate increase in coil size, which increases the gap between the induction coil and the workpiece; if the gap is relatively large, to reduce the number of induction coils.

6)For the workpiece to plane heating is not easy to put in the induction coil, or of non magnetic metal (such as copper, aluminum, etc.) We can use different shapes of magnetizer (ferrite cores) poly magnetic, can greatly increase the power output of the device. 7)It should be used in thick 1-1.5mm, round copper or above with 5 square copper winding induction coil. 8)The lead length of the induction coil is allowed to change in 500, the recommended 150-300mm is appropriate.
