2 OBJECTIVES In this hands-on exercise, we will walk you through the steps to create a SAP Digital Boardroom. You will use the existing Blank Company story content you created in previous exercises. The pages from each of these Stories will form the basis of the SAP Digital Boardroom content. This exercise will show you how easy it is to compose Boardroom content together for 3-screen display support, using SAP BusinessObjects Cloud functionality called Agenda Builder. With this functionality, you will create a working demo in a matter of minutes! EXERCISE DURATION Workshop duration is around 5 – 10 minutes to complete the exercise. Yes, it is that simple and easy to do! BEFORE STARTING This exercise assumes you already have two completed Blank Company Stories to work with:  Blank Company_Sales_XX  Blank Company_Finance_XX XX denotes your userid number. If you did not get a chance to complete the previous exercises, we do have the completed SAP BusinessObjects Cloud stories that you can use for this exercise. 3 SAP DIGITAL BOARDROOM AGENDA CREATION In this section, we will use the Agenda Builder functionality within SAP BusinessObjects Cloud to compose a SAP Digital Boardroom based upon pages from more than one Story. Explanation Screenshot 1. To open Digital Boardroom Agenda Builder. Select Main Menu, Select Create and then select Boardroom Agenda. Note: This feature capability is only available with the correct licensing requirements are enabled for the SAP BusinessObjects Cloud tenant system. 2. Enter a meaningful name for the new Agenda. You can name it “Blank Company_DiBo_XX”, where XX denotes your userid number. Click OK. SAP BusinessObjects Cloud – Create Digital Boardroom

4 3. Enter meaningful details to the Boardroom Agenda. Title: Blank Company Annual Review Date: Input today’s date in the format of preference Location: Input workshop location (i.e. Vancouver, Waldorf, etc) 4. Click on the + icon to add a new agenda item. What we want to do here is to leverage the existing Stories you have created for the Digital Boardroom layout. You will be using the story you created in the previous exercise or: Blank_Company_Finance_Master 5. For this Agenda Item, you will specify an Overview Screen. In dropdown for Story, select Blank_Company_Finance_Master In dropdown for Page, select the page called Overview Tip: The Overview Screen is the Left most screen as you look at it within the context of a 3-screen display setup. In Presentation Mode, when the presenter clicks to open the Agenda Item, the Overview screen is loaded at the same time. The Overview Screen can be used by the Presenter for quick introduction or summarize into the Agenda Item topic. SAP BusinessObjects Cloud – Create Digital Boardroom

For this Agenda Item, you will enter some information details: Title: Blank Company Finance Sub Title: Finance Insight Review Presenter: Input your name Role: Input CFO Time: Input a time duration in the format of your preference (i.e. 9:30 – 10:30 am) Presenter Image: You may upload an image of your choice. Tip: Uploaded presenter images must be kept small (less than 100K). The presenter image is not very big. High-resolution images are not required, as it will have impact on Digital Boardroom loading performance. 7. For this Agenda Item, you will create an Agenda Sub-item. Click on the + icon to open the Agenda Sub Item dialog. Change the name of the new Agenda Sub Item Title to Financial Overview. Set the Overview Screen for Story to Blank_Company Finance_Master and Overview for the Page. Set the Content Screen for Story to Blank_Company Finance_Master and Overall Insights for the Page. Set the Context Screen for Story to Blank_Company Finance_Master, and EBITDA Details for the Page. Click OK to accept changes. SAP BusinessObjects Cloud – Create Digital Boardroom

6 8. Set a thumbnail image for the newly created Agenda Sub Item Financial Overview. You may use a pre-defined thumbnail [Image] By Finance.png for this example. The pre-defined thumbnail asset is available under the shared workshop folder: Presenter Files\SAP Digital Boardroom\Workshop Exercise\Images Tip: Uploaded images must be kept small (less than 100K). High-resolution images are not required, as it will have impact on Digital Boardroom loading performance 9. Click Save. It is a good practice to save your progress from time to time!
