大连工业大学2013届本科生毕业设计

1 摘要

本文介绍了6万吨/年抗静电涤纶长丝生产车间设计方案,并提供了相关工艺。设计包括生产流程、工艺计算、人员安排的选择,以及设备选型、公用工程、经济概算等方面的情况。本车间设计采用先进的生产流程,工艺参数以国家标准或已经实践证明的参数。以节能、节约为原则,在生产流程各处采用相对节能、安全的设计,设备采用国产或自行设计。同时本设计列出了有一定参考价值的经济分析。

工艺流程采用直接纺丝,PTA与EG缩合反应产生的聚酯熔体直接输送到纺丝箱进行纺丝。设计按分为酯化,预聚合,终聚合,纺丝,后处理 等。工艺流程经过改进,尽量减少三废的产生,使生产符合环保的要求。车间的三废,废水、废气、废渣经过处理检验合格,符合国家排放标准后可直接排放。设计完成了涤纶纤维长丝生产车间平面布置图、聚合车间平面布置图、带控制点聚合-缩聚工艺流程图、带控制点的涤纶纤维长丝生产工艺流程图。

2 Abstract

The article introduces the design plan about the antistatic dacron macrofiber

fiber 60000tons/ year, as well as the related process. The design content:

introduction, process design, stock balance, equipment choosing, public utilities

budget, estimation and analysis of economics. This design according as science,

use advanced process, all parameters are based on GB and practical foundation. As

thrift tenet, use the economical and secure design, equipment is homemade or

design by myself. The same time, this design list valuable economy analysis.

Technological process adopt direct spinning,PTA and EG produced polyester

melting stock was synthesized by condensation copolymerization reach the

spinning case progress spinning to transport directly. According to the technical

process , the design can be classified into esterification, prepolymerization ,final

polymerization ,spin and post-treatment etc. Use the improving technological

process to reduce the production of the three wastes, enable producing was

according with the demands for environmental protection. In the course of design ,

it also applied the plane design diagram of polyester workshop , fiber post-spun ,

polyester workshop’s technical process as well as the post-treatment flow.
