Step 1 Greeting and warm up

Step 3 Learn: Story time
1. Show some pictures: Mike, Liu Tao, Yang Ling, Su Hai, Su Yang
2. T: What do Mike and his friends’ like doing? Let’s watch the video and tick the answers.
3. Watch and tick. 生看卡通,找出他们的爱好。

4. Read the first paragraph, fill in the form.

本单元主要介绍自己以及他人的兴趣爱好,这一话题与学生的日常生活密切相关。在教学中我结合学生的实际情况来讨论对话。这一课的主要内容是学习故事时间和用句型"What do you/they like doing?" "What does he/she like
doing?"及其答语"I/you/they like……"" "He/she likes……""谈论自己和别人爱好的知识,这些知识在我们的日常生活中非常常见。因此在学习时,让学生通过谈论自己和朋友的爱好来进行学习会让学生更容易地掌握所学知识。本课的新课呈现环节以及谈话内容就充分地让学生在学习了故事时间和句型的情况下谈论自己及朋友们的爱好,这种方式很适合小学生的心理,让他们在浓厚的兴趣中对本课的知识学以致用。
本堂课的教学重点突出,在整个教学中都运用了学生最喜欢的活动方式进行,并且教学过程中还给学生提供了大量开口说英语的机会。应该说是达到了突破学生掌握单词和句型的目的,活动也层层递进和深入,并且照顾到了全体学生。
本节课由老师和学生一起谈论What can we do in the playground? What can
we do in the music room? What can we do in the classroom? 在谈论能做哪些事情时教授新单词:a lot of, play the piano, read ,draw. 由可以做的事情引到喜欢做的事,过渡自然,学生容易理解。在学习课文时我通过有效的环节来让学生了解并掌握了课文,并且在学习好课文后通过做书上38页的Think and
write让学生初步了解like 后面的词要加-ing的形式。英语教学应提倡“学中用,用中学,学用结合,学以致用”。在教学过程中,学和用是一个整体。为实现这一教学目标,我在学生做完书上38页的习题后设计和学生先谈论书上迈克和他朋友们的爱好,再谈论并介绍自己家人的爱好。将学生置于一种自主、和谐、轻松的自然学习氛围中,从而使学生在不断地习得和使用语言中将语言知识内第 4 页 化,为学生自我求知、自我获取知识创造了有利条件,促进了学生思维的活跃和才能的发挥。
通过本课的教学,我更重要的认识到了在英语课堂的教学中应该让学生自己多思考多发现,比如说like 后面的词要加-ing的形式这个规则应该是在做完书上38页的练习后由学生自己读一读这些句子,自己总结并发现这个规律。而不是不管什么都是由教师来教授,学生只是注意并背诵。要多给学生思考的机会,只有自己思考总结出来的知识,才能记得最牢,才会在学英语时多动脑。在教学中我还要多注意教师英语口语的多输出和引导,比如在本节课的师生问答What
do you like doing? I like ……中,不是简单的一问一答就结束了,比如有学生回答I like reading时,教师可以引导学生:Reading is interesting. I have
a lot of books: Story books, Science books…… What books do you like?
When do you usually read? 在以后的教学中我一定会注意,多培养学生自己思考发现,多将以前学习过的内容与现有内容相结合,在不断地习得和使用语言中将语言知识内化,促进学生思维的活跃,为学生的可持续发展打下了坚实的基础。
