一、指导思想:

优等生是班级课堂上的一道亮丽风景,能带动课堂气氛,提高学生合作学习的效率。根据我县教师进修学校拟定的“十三五·双百双千工程”要求,培优计划要落到实处,提高优生的自主和自觉学习能力,让优生更优,进一步巩固并提高中等生的学习成绩从而扩大优生的队伍,并能带动组内的学习活动,提高整个班级的素养和成绩。

二、学生情况分析

(一)、优生名单

李金师、李哲、刘洋、徐博、徐萌、赵依藤

七年级二班共有40名学生,从中选出的6名优等学生,从这两个月的学习情况及知识技能掌握情况看,他们学习积极性高,学习目的明确,上课认真,各科作业能按时按量完成,且质量相对较好,但也各有不足。

(二)、提优生基本情况

李金师:基础知识牢固,学习兴趣浓,课后也很用功;单复数掌握的不好。

李哲:基础知识牢固,学习兴趣浓,课后也很用功,汉译英有点困难。

刘洋:句式和汉译英不错,基础知识也很好,作文写得不够好,缺乏条理性。

徐博:基础知识牢固,学习兴趣浓,课后也很用功。句式和汉译英不好,作文写得也不够流畅。

徐萌:基础知识牢固,学习兴趣浓,课后也很用功。完型填空题做得不好。

赵依藤:基础知识牢固,学习兴趣浓,课后也很用功。单复数掌握的不好。完型填空题做得不好。

三、具体措施

第一、要让优等生形成持久的积极的学习态度

兴趣是最好的老师,所以教师要使用多元化的教学手段以激发学生的学习兴趣,同时也要对成绩优秀的学生进行理想教育,让他们把学习当作一种乐趣,成为体现个人人生意义的一部分。

第二、让他们确立更高更具体的学习目标

引导优等生把学习分成几个阶段,每个阶段拟定一个小目标。在他们通过努力实现这些目标时,就意味着自己成功了。这份儿成就感,将激励他们去实现下一个更大的目标。

还可以单从学习的内容本身出发,以确定做题正确率为目标。比如,单项选择题要求做全对,听力不得超过两个错误,等等。

第三、加强基础知识与交际运用能力的训练,拓宽知识面,加强应用。对于优等生来说,晚上很快就能完成家庭作业,他们可以根据自己的学习计划和兴趣,看看自已订的英语学习资料,读读英文小故事,小幽默,练练笔写日记等。

每天给他们布置加大难度的习题,并给他们增加适当的阅读量。这6名学生分为3组,每两人一组,互相研究互相学习,练习口语对话,彼此进步的同时,教学相长,提高自身的英语水平。

第四、作业量少而精

这和成绩较差的学生不同,成绩好的学生不能占用太多时间做作业,这会降低学习的效率。当然在学生巩固知识方面出现问题时要及时安排一些书面作业,让学生做到手熟眼熟。也不能过高地估计学生,平时还需多观察。作业要体现中考考试的风格,做到有备而来。

第五、利用早读和口语操练,对学生进行口语训练。加强背诵,记单词和阅读的训练,利用早读,口语操练等时间进行有组织,有目的,有意义并且有效的练习。课堂上多创造英语环境,让他们得到充足的训练。

第六、建立错题集

人无完人,在学习中,再优秀的学生也会有错误,根据多年的教学经验我要求学生都要有错题积累本,分类积累错题,在后页标注释和答案,从而形成题集,以备复习时用。

第七、积累词汇

英语的学习,是语言的积累和沉淀,对于初中生来说要想优秀,必须积累一定量的词汇,我要求这些优等生每人随身备一个小本子,把遇到的生词记下来,利用课余时间学习达到听说读写四会。

优秀是一种习惯,希望我的优等生能养成以上的学习习惯,让自己更优秀,也坚信我的努力能够使我的学生更优秀。

没有什么东西比成功更能鼓励人。从根本上来说,要让后进生正确认识自我,就要有机会让他们表现自我,要让他们知道“我能行” “我还可以”,“我不错”。在课堂上可以用一些简单至难的题型来引导他们并在课堂上给予鼓励及表扬。从心理上来讲,他们更需要教师的尊重及关注,只有在人格上受到尊重,爱护,才能使他们在宽松、和谐的学习环境中愉快地学习,因此教师不能以分数高低来伤害学生的自尊心,对成绩较差的学生,不在班上公布分数及排名次表。平时应多关心他们,可找时间与他们进行交谈,帮助分析原因,找出解决问题的方法,激发其学习的兴趣,增强其自信心产,使其学习进步。 最后,定期与学生家长、科任老师联系,进一步了解学生的家庭、生活、思想、课堂等各方面的情况。 二、精心设计教案,创设轻松愉快的学习环境 后进生由于基础差,很多时候都听不懂,对英语学习会产生惧怕抵触的心理。如果这时我们还用一些枯燥乏味、陈旧的方式教学,只会使这群孩子更加厌学,甚至会扩大“后进生”的队伍。因此,在平时的教学中,我总是精心设计每节课,利用多种教学手段,如卡片、头饰、图片、模型、多媒体课件等把教学内容安排在学生所熟悉的情景中,并根据需要给教学内容配上音乐、动作进行操练巩固。让所有的学生在教中乐,乐中学,学中玩。在无形之中掌握当天的内容。 三、狠抓细节,“强迫”后进生养成良好的学习习惯 许多学生成为“后进生”不是智力不够而是学习习惯不好。大多数优等生都有很好的学习习惯,所以平时我非常注重“后进生”学习习惯的养成。比如有的学生上课不认真听讲,总喜欢做小动作。还比如有的“后进生” 总不按时完成作业,我就让他和周围的同学进行比赛,谁最先认真完成作业谁就可
