Abstract:With the development of comma— nication and ubiquitous computing technolo— gies,context—aware services,which acquire contextual information of users and environ. ment,have become critical applications pro— viding customization in mobile commerce. Meanwhile,tourism has attracted increasing attention as a high value-added service and a hot academic topic.However,the research on how to provide tour services based on con— text—aware services is in fact still at an early stage,limited to concept elaboration,service framework discussion,prototype system de— velopment etc.In this paper,we summarized the previous researches on context・-aware ser-- vices to establish the research foundation,put forward a way of analyzing a tour planning problem with a modified model of Traveling Salesman Problem(TSP)and Vehicle Routing Problem(VRe),and we applied an innovated Resource Constrain Project Scheduling Prob- lem(RCPSP)mathematical model to solve the tour planning problem based on context in・ formation.The simulation under branch and bound algorithm evaluated the validity of our solution. Key words:context・-aware service;tour plan-・ ning;RCPSP;constrained optimization;mathe— matics modelling I.INTRODUCTION The mobile service based on context aware. ness is a new application research area,and the competitive advantage of tourism has grad- ually changed from resource to the multi-・dim-- ensional combination of resource,information and service.The kind of mobile commerce ser- vices based on context—aware technology is called‘‘context awareness service”in many literatures,and how to provide proper context— aware service to Context-Aware Information System(CAIS)users is a popular research subject[1]. However,existing researches are primarily confined to the definition and acquirement of contextual information,or bring forth the stru- cture of context awareness services,experi・ ment on prototype systems or comparatively simple context—aware service.These researches are dispersive,concerning only one small as- pect of context—aware service or confined to one specific simple application.How to pro— vide tour services based on context awareness is still at infant stage,which is becoming a new hot field ofresearch[1—3]. Our research focuses on tour planning based Oll context awareness technology.The funda— mental idea is to consider the set of traveling destinations as a series of tasks,and context constraints as resource constraints,so the Re— source Constrain Project Scheduling Problem (RCPSP)is applicable to solve the context— aware tour planning problem. Some researchers interpreted and modified the tour planning problem into a portfolio op— timization model,then built cons ̄aints,ab. stract maximize.revenue fimctions and planed the route,in order to find a new solution to the problem.However,literature on such research is rare.ZHU and HU used mixed integer lin. ear programming or the MILP model to de— scribe the problem and brought out a heuristic algorithm based on the thought of local search, which solved the big-scale problems[1 8].In this research.we also adopted MILE and be. sides.took into account contextual informa. tion to improve MILP by adding contextual constraints. 

2.4 Resource constrain project scheduling problem 

Resource constrain project scheduling prob— lem is the prototype of tour planning MILP model in this paper,and is also an important part of the advanced MILP mode1. In RCPSP,if all data are known before de— cision,it is called“deterministic trained project scheduling problem”;if some data are random and unknown but their distri. bution is known before decision.it is called “stochastic resource.constrained project sched_ uling problem”:if the data and their distribu. tions are unknown but can be described as fuzzy numbers before decision.it is called “fuzzy resource.constrained project schedul— ing problem,FRCPSP”.Three parameters can be used to describe the pattem ofRCPSP[19]. The application of the RCPSP modelin real scheduling problem has been under constant research.For example.LIU et a1.unprecedent- edly utilized RCPSP model in the scheduling system of an airport,and optimized the solu— tions[20]. 2.5 Inadequate in existing researches Generally speaking,existing researches on con— text awareness services,tour route planning and RCPSP have provided a solid foundation for our study.However,due to the late start of the research on context.aware service and its abundant content,existing researches focused on the deftnition of contextual information. the exploration of some simple prototypes and structures of context.aware services『1 1. Besides,the tour route planning models, especially for those with contextual informa. tion constraints.are too idealized for the real world.Little literature is about MILP models applied on tour route planning while TSP and VI models do not fitthe problem either.Based on linear programmmg and integer program— ming,these models ignore the contextual in— formation during the tour. III.RCPSP MODEL AND TOUR PLANNING 3.1 Advanced RCPSP model and tour objective function In the tour route planning problem,the edge of graph not only means the sequence of visiting tasks,but also means the transportation rela— tionship between two sites.a real road which can be affected by the contextual information of仃affic.This was the first time that we real— ized an advanced RCPSP model is necessary. In order to solve the diversity of the objec. five function,we referred to some research res— ults from existing literature which is focused on motivation,satisfaction and destination loyalty.Harrison and Shaw.HU0 and Miller have thought the satisfaction comes from spots, service and experience,which are positively correlated to the sarisfaction『2 1.22].They have also taken demographical factors(age, gender,education background and so on)as parameters to test and verify the correlation.
