这是一个倒装句。
在英语中以here或there开头的句子，如果主语是名词，则主语放在谓语动词之后；如果主语是代词，则谓语动词仍位于主语之后。
例：Here comes the bus.公共汽车来了。

此处包含一个固定句式：There be sb./sth.doing sth.意为“某人或某物正在做某事”。

(4)You're joking，aren't you?
此句是一个反意疑问句。
它由两个部分组成：陈述句＋疑问句。
它的主要形式有两种：前肯后否，前否后肯。
即：陈述句部分是肯定式，疑问部分用否定形式；陈述句部分用否定式，疑问部分用肯定形式。
1）反意疑问句：陈述句+疑问句？You are from America, aren’t you?你来自美国，不是吗？

（2）joke v.& n.开玩笑；玩笑，笑话。
