接下来我们来看看糖葫芦是怎样做成的吧！首先，要准备好材料：草莓、番茄、猕猴桃、冰糖、竹签。然后把草莓、小番茄放入淡盐水中浸泡10分钟，去蒂清洗干净。再将处理好的草莓、番茄、猕猴桃用竹签串起。可随意搭配喜欢的水果，串好控干水分。然后锅置火上倒入冰糖。（我用了200克）再 加入开水，刚好没过冰糖即可，不停的搅拌直至冰糖全部融化。 转小火熬制，注意不要再搅拌糖浆。糖浆煮至微黄、黏稠时可用筷子提点浆，放在凉水中检验糖浆是否凝固，或尝一下是否粘牙。糖浆熬好后，迅速将水果串放入锅内裹上糖浆。将裹好糖浆的水果串放在抹过水的平面上 ，冷却后即可取食。在长春冷却是件很简单的事，因为这里天寒地冻，糖稀很快就会凝固。经过这段时间的品尝，我发现草莓糖葫芦又好看又好吃，外面的糖稀脆又甜，里面的草莓酸甜柔软，水分很多。香蕉的糖葫芦却是好看不好吃的，由于裹在外面的糖很甜，显得香蕉就没有什么味道了，吃起来一点儿也不好吃，所以我白白浪费了5元钱，只吃了几口就扔掉了。普通的山楂糖葫芦还是很美味的，酸酸甜甜又开胃，一个糖葫芦太大了一次吃不完，可以和别人分着吃也可以吃一半留一半，放在冰箱里冻着下次在吃，味道一样可口美味。
