甲方保证所售货物的品质、数量、规格、包装、运输等均符合《质量法》等相关法律法规和标准。乙方在收到货物3日内应查验货物质量、数量、规格、包装是否符合合同约定。如乙方未发现任何问题，视为货物符合合同约定。如有问题，应及时通知甲方，甲方应在收到通知后7日内负责处理。
A party guarantees that the quality, quantity, specification, packaging, transportation of the goods sold all comply with the relevant laws, regulations and standards such as the Quality Law.
B party shall inspect the quality, quantity, specification and packaging of the goods within 3 days after receiving the goods to determine if they conform to the contract. If no issues are found, it will be deemed that the goods conform to the contract. If there is any problem, B party shall inform A party in a timely manner, and A party shall be responsible for handling it within 7 days after receiving the notice.
六、违约责任Liability for Breach of Contract
1.如果甲方不能按合同约定按时、按量交货，乙方有权解除合同；
If A party fails to deliver goods in accordance with the agreed terms and quantities, B party shall have the right to terminate the contract.
2.如果乙方未按合同约定支付货款，甲方有权解除合同并要求赔偿损失；
If B party fails to pay the purchase price in accordance with the contract, A party shall have the right to terminate the contract and claim damages.
3.因不可抗力因素导致任何一方不能履行合同的，应及时通知另一方，并及时协商解决，双方均不承担违约责任。
If any party is unable to perform the contract due to force majeure factors, they shall promptly notify the other party and negotiate to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Neither party shall bear any liability for breach of contract.
七、争议的解决方式Dispute Resolution
在履行本合同过程中，如发生争议，甲、乙双方应协商解决。如协商不成，应提交中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（CIETAC）仲裁解决。仲裁地为中国（北京），仲裁语言为中文。
In case of any dispute arising during the performance of this contract, the parties shall resolve it through consultation. If consultation fails, they shall submit the dispute to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for resolution. The place of arbitration shall be Beijing, China, and the language of arbitration shall be Chinese.
八、法律效力Legality
本合同具有法律效力，双方应认真履行。合同一式两份，甲乙双方各执一份，具有同等效力。
