吲哚美辛栓剂、甘油栓剂及薄荷油滴丸的制备摘要目的：了解各类栓剂基质的特点及适用情况；掌握热熔法制备栓剂的工艺；掌握置换价的测定方法和应用。
通过本实验掌握制备滴丸的基本操作。
方法：采用热熔法制备栓剂；采用滴制法制备滴丸。
结果：吲哚美辛栓剂为淡黄色圆锥形，平均粒重为1.7g，重量差异为±5.9%。
甘油栓剂为透明圆锥形，平均粒重为1.65g，重量差异为±3.03%。
薄荷油滴丸为圆整均匀，半透明色泽一致，无粘连现象，表面无冷凝液黏附，平均丸重为0.0430g，重量差异在±12%之间。
结论：将吲哚美辛栓剂、甘油栓剂分别每粒重量与各自平均粒重相比，均符合药典规定的重量差异限度1.0g以上至3.0g为±7.5%的标准。
薄荷滴剂每丸重量与平均丸重相比较，均符合药典规定的重量差异限度0.03g以上至0.1g为±7.5%的标准。

其形状和重量根据腔道不同而异。
常用的有肛门栓和阴道栓等。
栓剂中的药物与基质应混合均匀，栓剂有一定的硬度、无刺激性、外型完整光滑，塞入腔道内应能融化，软化或融化并和分泌液混合释放出药物，产生局部或全身作用。
