描述 A4931是一款完善的三相无刷直流电机的前置驱动器。该

设备可驱动多种N沟道的功率MOSFET，支持的马达供电

电压高达30V。换相逻辑由相隔120°的三个霍尔元件输入

信号决定。

其它功能有固定停机时间的脉宽调制（PWM）限制浪涌

电流、可调节延迟的堵转保护、过热停机、过压监视和同

步整流。内部同步整流可通过在电流衰减时启动合适的

MOSFET降低功耗，因此使用R
