I 豪华游艇建造模式研究

摘 要

豪华游艇属于高附加值产品，其市场基本上被欧美等发达国家和地区所垄断。

近年来，不少国内的造船企业也加入了市场竞争，但由于生产和管理水平都很低，

缺乏有效的竞争力。要想在激烈的竞争环境中生存和发展，必须千方百计提高生产

效率、降低生产成本，而采用先进的建造模式是降本增效的关键。因此，研究及应

用与豪华游艇相适应的建造模式，可以全面提高国内豪华游艇的生产和管理水平，

对增强国内豪华游艇业的国际竞争力有重要的现实意义。

此前船舶行业内还未曾针对豪华游艇开展建造模式的研究，本论文研究填补了

这一空白。本论文以钢铝混合结构豪华游艇为载体开展研究，首先从现代造船模式

的分析研究入手，在调查研究国内中小型造船企业现状和借鉴国外先进游艇生产方

式的基础上进行创新。将现代造船模式与豪华游艇建造特点进行结合，率先提出了

豪华游艇建造先进模式的构思，这在业内属于首创。其主要构思是：充分利用仿真

技术进行游艇设计；建立既有柔性又是流水作业的先进生产方式；将内装从舾装中

分离作为独特的生产作业系统；以中间产品为导向组织区域生产。

豪华游艇建造先进模式是以全面提高豪华游艇建造的时间效益、成本效益、品

质效益为目标，以船体、舾装、内装、涂装一体化区域建造流程体系优化为基础，

以豪华游艇生产管理体制优化为途径，突出“船体为基础、舾装为中心、内装为关

键、涂装为重点”的建造理念，将游艇设计、生产、工程管理融为一体，以中间产

品为导向组织区域生产，实现均衡、连续地建造豪华游艇。

本论文研究的最终目的是将理论运用于生产实践，这需要构建一体化区域建造

流程体系，及建立相互适应的生产体制和生产管理方式加以实施。论文在豪华游艇

建造模式的框架基础上，针对国内中小型造船企业的发展现状，重点探索构建豪华

游艇的生产流程体系和生产组织体制，并进一步从生产体系运作的角度，研究运用

精益生产的理念建造豪华游艇。

可以认为，豪华游艇建造模式属于现代造船模式在小型特种船舶建造领域的拓

展，是发展了的现代造船模式。本论文研究成果使得豪华游艇生产企业有系统的建

造模式可以借鉴，从整体上提高企业的生产和管理水平，从而形成相对优势的竞争

力。同时也可被其它特种船舶制造企业借签，具有一定的理论价值和实用价值。

II THE STUDY OF LUXURY YACHT BUILDING MODE

ABSTRACT

Luxury yacht is a high added-value product,the market of luxury yacht

is monopolized by developed countries of occident. In recent years,many

internal shipyards added in market competition,but their ability of

manufacture and management is still low, lacking of competitive advantage.If

they want to survive and develop in fierce competition,they must to raise

production efficiency and cut the cost of production.The most important

thing is to adopt advanced building mode.For the reason,to research and apply

the advanced building mode of luxury yacht,it could improve the level of

manufacture and management altogether. It also could increase the

international competitiveness of internal luxury yacht industry.

There was no study aimed at building mode of luxury yacht in vessel

industry before.This study is filling the gaps. The paper takes the

Aluminum-steel mixed construction luxury yacht as a carrier to research

about advanced building mode.It analyzes the modern shipbuilding mode

firstly,and bases on investigating and studying about the current situation

of domestic small and medium shipyards,uses foreign advanced luxury yacht

building mode for reference,in order to innovate.Combining the modern

shipbuilding mode with the shipbuilding feature of luxury yacht,it takes

the lead in submitting opinions on advanced building mode of luxury yacht.The

main ideas are that taking full advantage of simulation technology in yacht

design, and that establishing advanced production method which is flexible

and flowing，and that separating interior finishing from outfitting to be

an unique operating system,and that organizing area production is orientated

for intermediate product.

Advanced building mode of luxury yacht is aimed at overall improvement

of the benefit of time,cost and quality.It’s based on optimizing the area

integration production flow system which consists of hull-building,

outfitting,interior finishing,painting.Through optimizing the production

management system,it shows up the construction concept of hull as foundation,

III emphasis. In order to realize the evenly and continuous production of luxury

yacht,the mode integrates yacht design ,manufacture and engineering

management,and takes intermediate product as the direct to organize area

production.

The final intention of this research is to put theory into practice.It

needs to build up an area integration construction system,and coordinated

development of organizational system and supervisor mode should be

established. The paper bases on the frame of luxury yacht building mode,

focuses on the current situation of domestic small and medium

shipyards,establishes an production system and an organizational system,and

then further studies applying the theoretics of lean manufacturing in

building luxury yacht as viewed from manufacturing system viewpoint.

In summary, luxury yacht building mode is builded from modern

shipbuilding mode.Tt also is the development of modern shipbuilding mode

in small and special type ship construction field.The shipyards which want

to build luxury yachts could follow the research results,they could improve

their level of manufacture and management as a whole, so as to form

competition capacity.At the same time the research result has set a good

example for building special type ships，and possesses some academic and

practical value.
