教学目标
1. 知识目标
能够听说读写以下词汇:should, go to bed, shouldn’t, take down, clean.
能够听说读写重点句型:You should go to bed at 9. You shouldn’t play with the CDs. You shouldn’t take the books down. You should tidy your toys. What a good boy! Thanks for your help!
2. 能力目标
能使用You should/ shouldn’t…句型根据图片或实际情况,对他人提出建议。

教学重点
熟练掌握单词should, go to bed, shouldn’t, take down, clean的听说读写。

教学难点
掌握用be+形容词表达感情的问答句,并能在真实情景中运用。

情景教学法和游戏教学法
课前准备
1.教师自己制作的课件和教材的配套光盘;
2.教材配套的单词卡片;
3.与教学有关的图片等。

课时安排

教学过程
Step 1 导课
1. Play games: I say and you do the actions .
eg: Wash your hands.
2. Ask and answer.
What things we should do?
And what things we shouldn’t do?.
Step 2 新授
1. Listen to part 1 and look at pictures carefully.
2. Ask questions:
Can Tom tidy his room?
Who will help him?
3. Listen to this part again. Teacher will explain the difficult words and phrases.
eg: Take the books down.
Thanks for your help.
4. Listen to the tape third time and get them to repeat. Imitate the pronunciation and intonation .
5. Read this dialogue in roles or in groups.
A: Mum, Tom is making a mess.
B: Tom, you shouldn’t play with the CDs.
C: I’m sorry, Mum.
B: And you shouldn’t take the books down.
C: I know, sorry.
6. Learn Part 2.
(1) Listen to the tape.
(2) Try to read these sentences. Pay more attention to the pronunciation and intonation.
7. Learn Part 3.
(1) Look at pictures and get them to talk about something we should do and we shouldn’t do.
(2) Practise in pairs.

Step 3 练习
1. 口语练习
(1) You should go to bed at 9. You shouldn’t play with the CDs. You shouldn’t take the books down. You should tidy your toys.
Ss read the sentences three times and the speed is faster and faster. Then have a match between 2 groups.
(2) What a good boy! Thanks for your help!
Ss read the sentences from the beginning to the end. Each time one more word. Match between 2 groups.
(3) Practice the whole sentences. 朗读课文三遍,使用‘学乐师生’APP录音,分享给全班同学。

2. 听力练习
(1) Play the tape-recorder.
(2) Play the tape-recorder again. Tell them that you are going to find out the questions
Is Tom making a mess?
What shouldn’t Tom do?

(设计意图:听录音模仿正确的语音语调)
Step 4 总结
