Every age, there is a mainstream value.The dream of a country is a mainstream,healthy and active value consciousness. General Secretary Xi Jinping came up with the idea of “The Dream of China” in November 2012.Similarly,President barack Obama said that Everyone has the rights of the pursuit of personal happiness this belief,this is “the Dream of The United States”.In fact ,whether the "American dream" or "Chinese dream" is "the Chinese and American people’s the better lust for life. James, laszlo Adams firstly proposed the" American dream" in《The journal of the American》. The connotation of the "American dream" can be divided into broad sense and narrow sense.The broad sense is American equality, freedom, democracy.While the narrow sense is a personal conviction,it is said that as long as their own unremitting efforts to struggle, we will be able to get a better and happy life in the United States.Therefore, both in broad and narrow sense of "American dream" contain that they don’t dependent on the particular social class and others' aid,but they can realize self value.
