最新学生评教表(样表)说课讲解

学生课堂评价表
为了实现新课标提出的“以学生为本”的教学理念，推进新课程的教学改革步伐，教研室经过系统研究，拟定了《学生课堂评价表》。

现就本表做如下说明：
1、本表主要用于教师相互听课时从六个方面分析、评价课堂教学质量所用，它的功能主要是从六个方面进行导向，为我们的课堂教学能逐步“优化”起到一定的导向作用。

2、《课堂教学评价表》对学生评价的权重占60%，对教师评价的权重仅占40%，表明我们已经把评价的重心由对教师的关注转移到了对学生学习和发展方面；而对教师评价的指向，也从过去的“知识讲解”，转移到了对学生素质发展起着十分重要作用的“角色把握”、“环境营造”和“技能运用”三个方面。

这一评价重心的转移和评价内容的改变，顺应了新课程的基本理念。

3、教师在备课时首先要明确一堂课的教学目标(应改为学习目标)是非常重要的，但是更重要的应该是在课堂教学过程中艺术性地追求这些目标的实现，而不是形而上学的“展示”。

《课堂教学评价表》没有对教学目标进行显性评价，而是通过学生的学习方法、学习水平、学习效果和教师的角色把握、环境营造、技能运用进行隐性评价，把关注点从教师的“教”转移到学生的“学”方面，主要看学生是否达成，是否学会、会学和喜欢学。

4、在每一个维度的评价中，“分值”只是反映了评价者对这一维度的权重。

但它毕竟是主观评价，不同的阶段、不同场合、不同评价者均会出现不同的评价倾向。

评教时间：办公室卫生管理制度一、主要内容与适用范围1．本制度规定了办公室卫生管理的工作内容和要求及检查与考核。

2．此管理制度适用于本公司所有办公室卫生的管理二、定义1．公共区域：包括办公室走道、会议室、卫生间，每天由行政文员进行清扫；2．个人区域：包括个人办公桌及办公区域由各部门工作人员每天自行清扫。
