腹腔镜以及胸腔镜器械的使用流程
术前准备：1.术前擦拭并检查腹腔镜仪器及二氧化碳钢瓶。
2、备电刀脚踏放置于术者脚下位置
开机:①摄像机：接通电源f连接摄像头一开机一连接手术台上的腹腔镜镜子一拉下保护套
②冷光源：接通电源一开机一连接冷光源线到镜子上一拉下保护套一开灯一据医生使用要求，调节亮度（一般调至光源1/3即可，防止产热过大）
③气腹机:接通电源一开机一打开C02气瓶开关、自检、待显示屏上均显示“0”为止，打开气腹机。
按下气腹机电源开关，自检完成后设定好气腹压力（一般成人为1214mmHg,小儿为IImmHg 以下）备用。
待进气量显示超过0.21后，按下高流量进气开关，建立气腹。
关机程序：手术结束后，首先关闭C02钢瓶总开关，再拔出除气腹输出管、放余气至气腹机面板上，气源指示灯闪红灯后再按下工作开关“STOP”键，然后关闭气腹机电源开关。
将光源亮度调到最小，依次关闭摄像主机、光源、监视器、电刀等仪器的电源开关。
15.拔出摄像头数据线，导光束，单极、双极电凝线等附件。
若有连台内镜手术，台车上仪器设备就地备用；若当日手术结束，则拔除总电源插头，将仪器台车归位。
