Beer service
主题 啤酒服务
OBJECTIVE 目的
All beer must be chilled and poured in front of the guest.
All beer glass must be chilled before serving to the guest.
所有啤酒必须是冰冻的并在客人面前倒入杯子。
杯子也必须是事先冰冻过的。
PROCEDURE 程序
Bottle & Can beer
1. Collect drink order from the bar.
2. Collect a clean, chilled glass from the bar and place on a silver tray with the beer.
3. Pick up the tray and proceed to the table.
4. Place beer glass in front of guest with cocktail napkin. Open the bottle. Pick up the bottle of beer from the tray, pour
the beer for the guest.
5. Pour the beer slowly, down the inside rim of the glass ensuring the beer does not foam or become too heady! 1.5cm
head (less for Asian guests)
6. Place the bottle on the table next to the glass if there is still beer inside it.
7. Refill the beer glass when 2 cm is left. Remove the bottle when empty.
8. Ask the guest if he would like another beer or other beverage.
PS: Corona beer will serve the lemon corner in bottle neck. Don’t need serve pilsner
瓶装及听装啤酒
1. 从酒吧取饮料。
2. 取一个干净,冰冻的啤酒杯和啤酒一起放在银托盘上。
3. 送至客人的桌子边。
4. 把啤酒杯放在客人的桌上,打开瓶盖,然后拿起啤酒瓶慢慢的倒啤酒。
5. 一定要慢慢地倒,防止太快而使啤酒泡沫溢出来。
6. 如果瓶内还剩啤酒的话就把酒瓶留在桌上。
7. 当杯内的啤酒只剩下2cm左右时帮客人再倒啤酒,然后把空瓶收走。
备注:科罗娜啤酒服务柠檬角在瓶口,不需要服务杯子
