2 摘 要
随着社会的发展,住宅的功能范围亦在发展变化,其中信息的快速传递与获取是一个重要方面。但现代人对住宅小区的功能要求是综合性的,并不仅限于信息技术方面,更何况人们对新技术的接受和应用还需要一个过程,这不仅受认识局限,还受到经济发展以及外部环境条件的限制。在从事住宅小区智能化系统的规划设计和建设时,一定要首先了解居住者对住宅、小区的功能需求,才能更加适当地选择智能化系统的功能和服务标准。

4 第1章 选题及本次课程设计的任务
1.1查找资料
通过对《综合布线系统方案与设计》的学习,使我对综合布线系统知识有了一定的了解,但是,只是限于理论方面的认识。因此,在此论文的设计制作过程中,参阅了不少资料,其中包括网上的一些关于综合布线的介绍和综合布线施工方面的文摘。此外呢,我还到书店翻阅了一些综合布线相关的书籍,比如:《网络综合布线设计与案例》、《网络综合布线施工与测试》、《网络综合布线基础教程》等等,还读了一些关于综合布线的权威性的书籍资料,对本论文的完成有着重要的意义。

家,是人们可以放松身心休息的地方,是人们赖以生存的场所。因此,打造安全、舒适、便捷的生活居住环境,便是我们的主要任务。
随着社会的发展,住宅的功能范围亦在发展变化,其中信息的快速传递与获取是一个重要方面。但现代人对住宅小区的功能要求是综合性的,并不仅限于信息技术方面,更何况人们对新技术的接受和应用还需要一个过程,这不仅受认识局限,还受到经济发展以及外部环境条件的限制。在从事住宅小区智能化系统的规划设计和建设时,一定要首先了解居住者对住宅、小区的功能需求,才能更加适当地选择智能化系统的功能和服务标秦皇岛职业技术学院信息工程系
5 准。一般来讲,一个智能小区要具有实用性、灵活性、扩展性、通用性、经济性、安全性、方便性和舒适性:
实用性: 布线系统要能够适应现代和未来通信技术的发展,且实现语音、数据通信传输;
灵活性: 能满足各种应用的要求,即任何一个信息点能够连接不同类型的终端设备;
扩展性: 网络布线系统是可扩充的,以便将来有更大用途时,很容易将新设备扩充进去;
通用性: 对符合国际通信标准的各种计算机和网络拓扑结构均能适应,对不同传递速度的通信要求均能适应,可支持和容纳多种计算机网络的运行;从小区来讲,小区应与环境共生,保护资源,获得能源效益。对住宅而言,除核心部位外,其余空间作为卧室、餐厅等可以灵活再分隔。
经济性: 从设计资金方面着想,在满足用户应用要求的基础上,尽可能降低造价;
安全性: 具有防止人为破坏的措施,紧急事件的防护措施,以及灾变的应急措施。
方便性:小区所处的地理位置交通要方便,而且在小区内部醒目的位置应该有本小区的平面图,以便方便居民查找具体的楼宇及设施。另外,小区内部的服务设施也要齐全,比如超市等,最好小区内有幼儿园、卫生所等,以方便居民生活。此外,电话、电视、计算机通信要畅通无阻。
舒适性:小区居室的结构设计要合理,比如:平面空间尺度、采光、秦皇岛职业技术学院信息工程系
6 通风、日照、内部装修、温湿度等等。小区内部的环境设计,一定要符合人性化,小区的设施布局要合理。
由此看来,智能化系统是满足现代住宅小区功能需求不可缺少的。它是现代住宅小区提高居住质量的手段之一,并将成为现代住宅小区的基本配套设施。在信息技术飞速发展、不断完善的今天,它的重要作用不可低估。因此,我们认为高档次的住宅小区应尽可能选择功能全面、技术水平高的智能化系统,并可适度超前;而低档次的住宅小区也应根据自身实际和投资情况选择造价低廉、功能适用的智能化系统。

1.4设计的意义
首先,通过本方案的设计,在弥补自己理论知识不足的同时,还可以学到课堂上很难学到的一些实践性的东西。为以后的综合布线系统工程设
