英语毕业论文APA文内引用格式规范1）引用语（引证）quotation范例：Critser (2003) noted that despite growing numbers of overweight Americans, many health care provides still “remain either in ignorance or outright denial about the health danger to the poor and the young” (p. 5).细节：页码说明跟在整个引用之后；句点不是直接跟在“young”后，而在括号的最后；p. 与5之间有空格。

规则：直接引用原作者的文字时，一定要用双引号，即使用signal phrase（以下简称sp）格式介绍引用。

格式要求：作者（时间）+引用语+圆括号中页码。

在sp中没有提到作者的姓名，整个引用的最后面统一用圆括号写出作者姓氏，时间，以及页码。

signal phrase主要使用的几种形式有：In the words of Carmona (2004), “. . .”As Yanovski and Yanovski (2002) have noted, “. . .”Hoppin and Taveras (2004) pointed out that “. . .”注意：signal phrase中使用的动词要用过去时态；常用到的动词有：point out；answer；note；claim；offer等等。

2）总结或概述范例：Yanovski and Yanovski (2002) explained that sibutramine suppressesappetite by blocking the reuptake of the neurotransmitters serotonin and norepinephrine in the brain (p. 594).或者Sibutramine suppresses appetite by blocking the reuptake of the neurotransmitters serotonin and norepinephrine in the brain (Yanovski & Yanovski, 2002, p. 594).规则：APA所需信息包括以signal phrase格式标出作者的姓氏，年份。

APA 格式的特点是作者姓氏在前，名字缩写在后，出版年份在括号内，文章标题用双引号，期刊名斜体，卷号和期号、页码都需标明。

2.3 如何引用论文集的文献 论文集是指各章节由不同作者撰写并由一位或几 位作者编辑出版的著作。负责编辑出版的作者称为 editor(s),封面和扉页一般会注明edited by, 或在编辑 者 后 面 用 括 弧 注 明 (Editor(s)) 。 在 论 文 集 中 , 前 言 （Preface）、导论（Introduction）及每篇文章（或 每章）都单独署名。引用论文集的内容时, 要根据文 献作者进行引用,不能用编辑者的姓名进行引用。 比如, M. A. Gernsbacher 和 T. Givó n在1995年编 辑出版了一本名为Coherence in Spontaneous Text的 论文集。其中有A. Sanford和L. Moxey写的一篇文章 Aspects of coherence in written language: a psychological perspective。如果要引用这篇文章的内 容, 则应该按以下格式：。
2.2 转引的格式 所谓转引, 是指论文作者并没有看到某个文献的原 始出版物, 而是在另外一个文献中看到的。比如 Chapelle在其1998年的某个文献中引用了Shepard在 1993年发表的文章中的内容。现在论文作者看到的 是Chapelle的文献, 而不是Shepard的原始文献。如果 论文作者希望引用Shepard的话, 则应该用下面的格 式： If construct validity is seen as an exhaustive process that can be accomplished over a 50-year period, test developers may be inclined to think that any validity information is good enough in the short run (Shepard 1993: 444, cited in Chapelle 1998). 上例中的cited in表示“转引自”。但学位论文中 不能有过多的转引的内容(参见有关文献综述的要求)。
