随正全球经济和信息的发展,人们对乘飞机旅行、工作的需求不断增加,航空客运业务的规模日益宏大,加上网络日益普及,具有良好的人机交互界面的机票预订系统,实现航空公司的机票销售的自动化,这套软件就是在这样的基础上而开发的。配备一个安全、高效、灵活、可靠的航空订票管理系统对于航空公司加强客户服务质量,提高客户服务水平,扩展业务途径,维护公众形象,提高工作效率必将发挥重要作用。 1.1目标 软件需求说明书的编写目的是为了更好地使用户和软件开发如有双方对软件的初始规定有一个共同的理解,明确软件需求,安排项目规划和进度,指导整个软件的开发过程,为测试提供依据。 为软件开发测试人员提供整个软件开发过程的安排,主要读者为软件的开发测试人员。 目标需求 1. 计划节省人力资源40%,设备费用120% 2. 计划提高日常订票事务处理速度的85% 3. 计划提高控制精度100% 4. 可实现信息化的管理 5. 可实现半自动化的决策系统 宿 州 学 院

2.5设计和实现上的约束 2.5.1设计 a.功能:实现航空订票管理的基本功能,机票被订购的状态,乘客预定的状态应有详细记录。 b.性能:能够完成机票查询、订票、退票、改签等日常管理的基本处理,方便乘客和订票管理员进行操作订购。 c.输出:订票信息、乘客信息、查询信息、退票信息。 d.输入:乘客的相关信息、机票的相关信息、航班的相关信息、订(退)票的相关信息。 e.基本的数据流程和处理流程。
