英 语
Ⅰ考试内容
义务教育英语课程的总体目标是发展学生的综合语言运用能力。综合语言运用能力建立在语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等五个方面的基础之上。义务教育英语结业考试侧重考查学生的语言技能、语言知识、跨文化交际意识和跨文化交际能力。义务教育英语结业考试是达标性质的考试，命题依据英语《英语课程标准》中五级内容和相关附录的要求，测试学生是否能够达标。英语结业考试着重考查学生的听、说、读、写语言技能以及灵活运用语音知识、词汇知识和语法知识的能力。
Ⅱ命题原则
1、 依据《英语课程标准》确定考查内容与标准
命题坚持考查内容不受教材内容的制约，试题内容不与任何教材的具体内容直接挂钩。
2、 着重考查学生的综合语言运用能力
命题依据“考查学生用英语做事情的能力”的评价思想，考查学生在具体情境中运用英语知识与技能的能力，着重考查用英语做事情、完成任务的能力。命题尽可能避免考查学生在脱离语境情况下的微观语言能力。
3、 充分考虑学生的实际生活和身心发展水平
选择命题语言素材和创设语言运用情景要充分考虑学生的生活实际、生活经验，要与学生的身心发展水平相适合。
4、 选用真实、地道的语言素材，根据语言实际使用情形命题
选择命题语言素材时尽量使用真实、地道、典型的当代英语素材；尽可能提供语义相对完整的语境，尽可能使试题任务接近现实生活中语言使用的真实情况。
5、 依据《英语课程标准》确定的初中段词汇范围
现行《英语课程标准（实验稿）》中所附的词汇表列出了整个基础教育段学生应该掌握的3300个左右的词汇，但没有标注义务教育阶段应该掌握的词汇。为此，英语结业考试命题要依据《义务教育英语课程标准（修订稿）》拟采用的义务教育阶段英语词汇表确定命题词汇范围。该词汇表大约有1600多个单词，见“附录”。
III试卷结构
笔试试卷分为第I卷和第II卷两部分。第I卷为客观性试题（选择题）；第II卷为主观性试题（非选择题）。试卷共含十大题，满分120分，考试时间120分钟。试卷结构如下：

IV题型示例
一、听力选择
说明：本大题分四部分，共20小题每小题1分。该题考查学生的听力技能。听力技能指考生对口头语言材料的理解能力以及从口头语言材料中获取信息的能力。要求考生在理解信息的基础上能够对信息进行判断、归纳、综合。听力技能蕴涵但不限于对语音的识别和辨别能力。本大题中，试题（一）测试考生的交际应答能力，要求考生根据所听到的句子选择答语。试题（二）、（三）测试考生的对话理解能力，试题（四）测试考生对短文的理解能力。分别要求考生能听懂短对话、长对话或一段短文的内容，掌握其中所包含的信息，然后就所提出的问题选择恰当的答语。
（一）录音中有五个句子，每个句子听一遍，然后从每小题A、B、C中选出适合每个句子的答语。
