赛场纪律和有关规定
(1)参赛选手应按时比赛,比赛时间迟到或超时5分钟扣1分,迟到或超时20分钟以上,成绩无效。
(2)参赛选手必须服从现场指挥和调度。
(3)参赛选手应做到衣帽清洁,不留长指甲,不带戒指,不用指甲油,保持良好的个人卫生习惯。
(4)参赛选手应独立完成项目操作,所有项目不允许使用他人原料,不允许多
做,挑选,不允许失误而重做。
(5)参赛组的选手在烹饪环节中必须配有1名现场讲解员(以美食节目的形式
进行)规定时间内制作完成。
(6)选手要选用正大肉蛋食品原料,做两道规定菜(**鸡蛋、**肉或**鸡),
并且完成一道自主创意菜,自主创意菜要提前设计菜谱,并于活动现场交给评委。
两道规定菜分别占总比分的30%,自主创意菜占总比分的40%,满分为100分.
(5)参赛选手操作完毕后,经评判组长同意后,带好自己的工具离开。
