反渗透系统计算数据分析及总结a.本项目按实测水质情况,软件模拟计算加药量均为:0.27ppm反渗透阻垢剂11倍浓缩液Titan ASD 200 SC,折合标准液2.97ppm。
b.由于该RO系统原水有一定硬度,碱度,因此有较高的结垢倾向,特别是容易生成碳酸盐垢。
使用Titan ASD 200 SC阻垢剂后,RO膜结垢的可能性大大降低,各种污染及垢类被有效控制。
c. 反渗透膜在使用过程中,来自原水的微生物的生长对膜造成的污染和堵塞是产水效率下降的主要原因,配合使用本公司专用的反渗透杀菌剂BioGuard ACS(S),可以完全防止系统的微生物污染,提高RO 系统的产水效率,减少清洗频率,延长膜的使用寿命,降低能源和水的消耗,从而降低整体运行成本。
d.若实际来水中胶体颗粒,本阻垢剂可以通过包裹覆盖,减少杂质在膜表面的附着能力,相比其他只控制无机盐的阻垢剂可以提供额外的胶体污染防护,而且膜的清洗恢复也会更加容易。
e.本阻垢剂对膜绝对安全,也是至今唯一加药过量不会污染膜的阻垢剂,实验证明就算在给水中含量达到1000ppm以上,也不会造成膜的污染,所以本产品是现在唯一对膜绝对安全的反渗透专用阻垢剂。
本阻垢剂获得世界前五大膜制造商材料安全兼容性认证,通过美国NSF机构对加入反渗透系统的所有化学药剂进行的人体饮用安全性测试,对合格者颁发全世界通用的“ANSI/NSF 60”认证。
由于本产品已获得卫生涉水许可批件,从而被娃哈哈集团,农夫山泉公司,汇源果汁公司,康师傅,可口可乐公司的饮用水反渗透系统所使用。
加入本产品后,RO的产水可以直接供生活饮用。
f.本阻垢剂在极限pH和温度环境中保持稳定,对二氧化硅阻垢能力也高达350ppm不结垢。

200m3/h的反渗透+混床工艺设计计算书及设备选型1)原水池原水池设计停留时间不小于1小时,有效容积不小于300m32)原水泵原水泵应满足五台过介质过滤器同时运行流量及四台过滤器运行,另一台过滤器正洗的两种工艺状态,五台过滤器同时运行时进水流量为:270t/h, 四台过滤器运行,另一台过滤器正洗时进水流量为:350t/h。
原水泵选用流量270-350t/h,扬程:38-36m,功率:55KW,在系统中选用二台,一用一备。
3)汽水混合加热器汽水混合加热器在系统中选用1台,加热水量为:270-350t/h。
换热器选用规格为φ425,进水及出水口规格为DN300,进蒸汽口规格为:DN400。
a、蒸汽耗量:基础条件:蒸汽性质为过热蒸汽,最大进出水温差按25℃计,蒸汽温度:170℃,蒸汽压力不大于0.8MPa,蒸汽焓:2726.5KJ/Kg,蒸汽比容:0.2403m3/Kg,水的比热:4.18KJ/Kg. ℃。
350t/h水加热25℃,需的换热量:Q=350×103×4.18×25=3.65×107KJ/h所需的加热蒸汽量:G=Q÷2726÷1000=10.35t/h蒸汽沿程损耗系数按10%计,实所需气量:13.4t/h。
每小时所需的蒸汽容积: 13.4t/h×0.2403m3/Kg×1000=3224m3/hb、蒸汽管道的选型:蒸汽管流速按62-73m/S计,进汽母管需选用:φ133×4。
4)PAC加药装置对净化后的河水凝聚剂加药装置设计加药量为:3PPm,前级系统运行进水量为:270t/h,当一台过滤器正洗时进水量为350t/h。
运行时PAC加药量为:270t/h×3PPm÷1000=0.81kg/h。
当一台过滤器正洗时PAC加药量为:350t/h×3PPm÷1000=1.05kg/h。

The housing is constructed of fiberglass-reinforced PPE plastic, with a NEMA 4X (IP66) enclosure rating to protect against corrosion, dust, and water. A removable hood covers the faceplate. The drive unit houses a short-stroke solenoid with a maximum stroke length of1.25 mm (0.05"). It is equipped with a noise- suppressing mechanism for quiet operation and has only one moving part, the armature. The diaphragm is constructed of fabric-reinforced EPDM elastomer with a plastic core and PTFE facing. Suction and discharge ports are equipped with double-ball check valves for maximum repeatability. Feed rate is determined by stroke length and stroke rate.
