Lesson Aims Primary: 1 To review simple present tense. What do you do?
Secondary: 1 Enable students to know more daily activities such as listening to radio programs.

Anticipated Problems 1 They may confuse country with nationality.

Possible Solutions 1 Give them a table of names for different countries and their nationalities.

Dictation Review Game 5mins 10mins 20mins T-SS SS-SS SS-SS Dictate the words of last class. 1 Make a set of matching cards based on the conversations on page 81. 2 Distribute a card to each student. 3 Have students memorize the sentence on their cards, and then have students walk around the room saying their sentence until they find their match. 4 Then have pairs of students say their matched sentences aloud to the class. 1 Draw a pathway with spaces just like a bridge. 2 Divide the class into two groups. 3 There will be two piles of cards with different kinds of questions based on the levels of difficulty. There will also be a pile of cards consisted of destiny cards which will make them go forward three steps or draw back two steps and so on. 4 When they correctly answer one question, they can go forward several steps. 5 Each member of a group will take a turn to cast a die and answer the questions. L/W L/S/W L/S Listen to the teacher and write the words.

1 Pick a card from the teacher.
2 Try to memorize the sentence on the card.
3 Read the sentence to different classmates
and find the match.
4 The first pair will get four stars.
