一、 大作业设计的依据
1. 课程标准的建议：《英语课程标准》对于一级目标的描述中指出：对英语有好奇心，喜欢听他人说英语。在学习中乐于模仿，敢于表达。能根据教师的简单指令做动作，做游戏，做事情。能做简单的角色表演，能交流简单的个人信息。
2. 单元学习目标：让学生初步接触家庭成员，学会用单词father, mother, grandmother, grandfather, uncle, aunt来称呼家庭成员。学习使用句型：This is my... 来介绍家人。
3. 教材分析：本册教材由内容独立但具有内在联系的四个模块构成。四个模块分别是Getting to know you（了解你）、Me, my family and friends（我，我的家庭和朋友）、Places and activities（地点和活动）、The natural world（自然世界），每个模块包含三个单元，文本内容贴近学生日常生活。通过课堂教学活动使学生能表达各自的爱好，交流各自的有关信息，所以这本教材是以听、说为主的。教材中无论是单词、对话还是儿歌都配上了插画和文字，能帮助学生看图说词，看图说话，也能启发老师组织课堂教学活动。
本单元的主题是家庭。本节课是以Family tree为教学内容展开，学习相关家庭成员的称谓，并在此基础上要
求学生能用句型This is my…来介绍家庭成员。
4. 学情分析：
1）经过一年多的英语学习，学生已有了一定的英语学习基础，但因为对所学知识掌握不够，所以在新学年学习中反应略显迟缓，因此教学中要注意对所学知识在新课中的穿插巩固，层层递进。
2）本单元的教学内容贴近学生生活，与其息息相关，一定程度上提高了学生的学习兴趣。同时让学生在“全家福”的真实情境中，配合听、说、演的动态学习来体验英语学习的快乐和实用。
