HD-SDI 芯片方案选择应用
视频监控在经历模拟时代、数字时代、网络时代的发展后,现在已经逐步
走入了高清与智能时代。与传统标清视频相比,高清在视频质量上有了质的飞
跃,但就目前而言,要实现监控系统高清呈现,也并非一蹴而就之易事。从视
频监控系统中模拟到数字的转化中,从 CIF 到 D1 是一个重要的阶跃,从效果来
看数字化视频影像也可与模拟视频影像相当,即使达到标准清晰度(即标清),其
存储和传输的增加几乎是翻两番。若要达到高级清晰度 (即高清),其分辨率从
720P 到 1080P@30fps 或 1080P@60fps,则需要付出很大的投入和代价,因此需
要特别关注数字视频编解码芯片技术的演变和实际应用。但是,即使前进道路
再坎坷,却阻挡不了芯片厂商在高清编解码征程上的捷步迈进。当前,除了海
思的 Hi3520 可实现 1080P 高清编解码外,TI 的 TMS320DM6467、富瀚微的
FH8735 和 FH8736 以及升迈的 GM8180 等芯片都已杀进了高清名人堂。
目前,市场上主流产品仍然是标清,标清和高清将来仍会长时间共存。
Techwell 着手从两方面进行了标清芯片升级:一方面清晰度升级,即将清晰度
从 D1 升级到支持 960H 格式,如 TW2809 成功地从 D1 升级到支持 960H,如以
前端 TV 解码芯片 TW2960+TW2809 系统方案为例,即给用户带来了模拟高清
的享受;另一方面是集成前端 TV 解码器,即将前端的 TV 解码器嵌入到现有的
编解码芯片中,如在推出的 TW5866 在 TW5864 的基础上,包含了 8 路 TV 解
码器,既增加了系统的稳定性又降低了产品的价格。而另外一些芯片厂商在平
台的继承性上给予深入重视,并注重全面挖掘原有芯片的潜力。以 TI 为例,在
IP 网络摄像机的应用中,其 DM365 虽说目前已经广泛普及,但仍改芯片为
