2 1 工程概述
循环水泵房位于整体规划的正西方向,主要包括底板、流道侧壁、顶板以及牛腿等。结构平面尺寸为22.2m×23.99m,地面高程为4.0m(MSL高程),最低高程为-8.5m;共设4个流道,底板厚度为1.0m,流道侧壁高度为10.95m,厚度有1.0m~2.1m,顶板厚度为550mm。
泵房地下结构混凝土为C30,V型水泥,每立方米混凝土掺密度为0.905g/ml、系数为3.5kN/mm2的聚丙烯纤维0.9kg,纤维长度为10~15mm;承台及连系梁混凝土为C30,II型水泥;垫层混凝土为C15,I型水泥,厚度为0.1m;混凝土总量约3600m3。钢筋的主要型号有HPB240光面钢筋、HRB400带肋钢筋。
1 Project introduction
Circulating water pumping house locates in the west of the overall planning,
mainly including slab, the port side, roof and supporting bracket etc. Structural
plane size is 22.2 m × 23.99 m, ground elevation of 4.0 m (MSL elevation), the lowest
elevation is - 8.5 m, A total of four ports and base plate thickness of 1.0 m, the
height of 10.95 m in port side and thickness of 1.0 m ~ 2.1 m, the top plate thickness
of 550mm.
Underground structure concrete of pumping house is C30 V cement, and the mix
density is 0.905 g/ml for every cubic meter concrete, coefficient of 3.5 kN/mm2 of
polypropylene fiber 0.9 kg, fiber length of 10 ~ 15mm. the concrete of platform and
connecting beam is C30 II cement, and the blinding concrete is I cement thickness
of type 0.1 m, total concrete quantity is about 3600m3. The main reinforced types
are HPB240 smooth steel, HRB400 ribbed bars.

3 总的混凝土施工工期为-0.5m以下12周约3个月,-0.5m~4m结构7轴约1.5个月,共4.5个月。
General concrete construction period is 4.5 months. The details as follows, below
- 0.5 m needs 12 weeks about 3 months, and the structure of axis 7 - 0.5 m ~ 4m about
1.5 months.
3 施工部署
3.1 施工顺序
根据设计要求,泵房地下结构不允许设置竖向施工缝,混凝土结构需要整体浇筑同步上升;水平施工缝的先浇混凝土留键槽,施工缝面按要求进行处理。
3 Construction deployment
3.1 Construction sequence
According to the design requirement, vertical construction joints are not allowed
to set in the underground structure of the pumping house. The concrete structure shall
be whole casted and synchronous rose. Key trench will be leaved on the level
construction joints which shall be processed according to the requirements.
3.2 施工分层分块
结合本部位的结构形式及特点进行分层,除垫层及局部特殊部位以外,结构混凝土主要分层如下(见附图1):
第一次:底板部分,高程-8.50m至-7.50m,浇注高度为1.0m,混凝土方量为565m3;

The layers shall be divided through the structural forms and features except
blinding concrete and local special places, and the main structure concrete will be
layered (figure 1) as follows,
The first layer, base plate, elevation -8.50m to - 7.50m, pouring height is 1.0m,
and concrete quantity is 565m3;
第二次:流道侧墙,高程-7.50m至-4.00m,浇注高度为3.5m,混凝土方量为795m3;

第三次:流道侧墙,高程-4.00m至-0.50m,浇注高度为3.5m,混凝土方量为1055m3;

第四次:流道侧墙,高程-0.50m至2.40m,浇注高度为2.9m,混凝土方量为769.87m3;

m, and concrete quantity is 769.87 m3;
第五次:顶板部分,高程2.4m至4.00m,浇注高度为1.6m,混凝土方量为365.2m3。

concrete quantity is 365.2 m3.
4 模板施工
4.1施工流程
(1)底板模板施工
垫层施工→定位放线→钢筋绑扎→预埋安装→装配底板侧模→搭设支撑架→加固底板侧模→验收模板
(2)流道侧壁、泵房墙壁模板施工
定位放线→侧壁钢筋绑扎→制安定型模板→搭设双外排架→加固外侧模板→验收模板
4 The formwork construction
4.1 Construction process

Blinding concrete → positioning and skating out → reinforcement assembling
→ embedded parts installation →assembly bottom side formwork →erect scaffolding
→ consolidate the bottom side formwork → formwork acceptance
