教学步骤:
1. Lead-in
 Play a video about Junk Food.
 Talk with the class and introduce some new words: eat,
healthy, well.
2. Free talk: Which food do you think is healthy? Check Yes,
Maybe or No.
3. Fast reading
 Predict what the title means. (explain “well”, “star”.)
Ask the students to read the first paragraph and predict what
the article is about. (explain “habit” )
 Read the article fast and circle the food words.
④ Read the article fast again and tick the food Cindy likes and
cross the food Cindy dislikes.
4. Careful reading
1.Read the article carefully and answer these questions. What
does Cindy like for breakfast, lunch and dinner?
