1.How do you get to school?你怎样到校?
(1)how意思是“如何”“怎样”,用于询问交通方式。
一How do they go to work?他们怎样去上班?
一On foot.步行。
Tell me how to spell it.告诉我怎样拼写它。
(2)get to“到达”,get to+地点名词,如果后跟home, here, there, downstairs等副词,则不用介词to。
I usually get home at eight every evening.

①arrive“到达”,到达大地方一般用arrive in,小地方用arrive at。
arrive in Beijing到达北京
arrive at the town到达城镇
arrive后直接跟表地点的副词
arrive here/there/home到这里/那里/家
②reach“到达”,直接接地点名词
reach Dalian到达大连
reach Beijing=get to /arrive in Beijing
get/arrive home/here/there.
2.He takes the train.他乘火车。
“take+限定词+交通工具”与“by+交通工具”
相同点:二者均可表示“乘用某种交通工具”。
不同点:take为动词,因此take构成的短语常作谓语;
by为介词,构成的介词短语常作方式状语。take短语中的交通工具名词前要有限定词(冠词、形容词性物主代词或指示代词),by短语中的交通工具名词前则不加任何限定词。
