FPC是什么

FPC是什么FPC是Flexible Printed Circuit的简称，又称软性线路板、柔性印刷电路板,挠性线路板，简称软板或FPC，具有配线密度高、重量轻、厚度薄的特点.主要使用在手机、笔记本电脑、PDA、数码相机、LCM等很多产品.FPC软性印制电路是以聚酰亚胺或聚酯薄膜为基材制成的一种具有高度可靠性，绝佳的可挠性印刷电路。

产品特点：1.可自由弯曲、折叠、卷绕，可在三维空间随意移动及伸缩。

2.散热性能好，可利用F-PC缩小体积。

3.实现轻量化、小型化、薄型化，从而达到元件装置和导线连接一体化。

FPC应用领域MP3、MP4播放器、便携式CD播放机、家用VCD、DVD 、数码照相机、手机及手机电池、医疗、汽车及航天领域FPC成为环氧覆铜板重要品种具有柔性功能、以环氧树脂为基材的挠性覆铜板(FPC)，由于拥有特殊的功能而使用越来越广泛，正在成为环氧树脂基覆铜板的一个重要品种。

但我国起步较晚有待迎头赶上。

环氧挠性印制线路板自实现工业生产以来，至今已经历了30多年的发展历程。

从20世纪70年代开始迈入了真正工业化的大生产，直至80年代后期，由于一类新的聚酰亚胺薄膜材料的问世及应用，挠性印制电路板使FPC出现了无粘接剂型的FPC(一般将其称为“二层型FPC”)。

进入90年代世界上开发出与高密度电路相对应的感光性覆盖膜，使得FPC在设计方面有了较大的转变。

由于新应用领域的开辟，它的产品形态的概念又发生了不小的变化，其中把它扩展到包括TAB、COB用基板的更大范围。

在90年代的后半期所兴起的高密度FPC开始进入规模化的工业生产。

它的电路图形急剧向更加微细程度发展，高密度FPC的市场需求量也在迅速增长。

FPC专业术语简介之前一兄弟毕业后干了两年电镀，决定出去见识见识，出去后与同事交流时被取笑不知道dummying为何物？所以呢这些术语不知道到底有多大的用处，但装逼绝对用的上。

PCB：Printed circuit board，印刷电路板；FPC：Flexible Printed circuit，柔性电路板，也称挠性电路板，俗称软板；CCL：Copper Clad Laminates，铜箔基材；FCCL：Flexible Copper Clad Laminates，柔性铜箔基材；RA：Roll Anneal Copper Foil，压延铜；ED：Electrolysis Desposition Copper Foil，电解铜；ADH：Adhesive，粘接剂，俗称胶；PI：Polyimide，聚亚酰胺；CVL：Cover lay，覆盖膜，日资厂称为保胶、有的厂称为包封等SR：Solder Resist，阻焊；EMI：电磁屏蔽膜；PP：Prepreg，半固化片，也称黏结片LCP：Liquid Crystal Polyme，液晶聚合物PTH：Plated Trough Holes，镀通孔NPTH：No Plated Trough Holes，BVH：Blind Via Holes盲孔ENIG：Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold无电解（化学）镍金ENEPIG：Electroless Nickel Electroless Palladium Immersion Gold无电解（化学）镍钯金OSP：Organic Solderability Preservatives，有机可焊性预处理；IC：Integrated Circuit，集成电路；AOI：Automatic Optic Inspection；自动光学检查；VCP：Vertical Continuous Plate，垂直连续电镀；A VI：SMT：Surface Mount Technology，表面贴装技术；DFM：Design For Manufacture，可制造性设计；DFSR：DES：Developing Etching Stripping显影、蚀刻、去膜。
