第一阶段:老师布置课程实践任务,讲解相关知识及注意事项,学生深入企业获取库存管理相关资料 3天

I 摘 要

当前,物流企业面临着市场竞争激烈、客户需求多变、客户订单提前期短、原材料采购周期长、库存控制困难等问题,因此库存与库存管理越来越为企业所重视。库存的存在是为了防范缺货的发生,它还具有保持生产过程连续性、分摊订货费用、快速满足用户订货需求的作用。因此,库存在决定企业短期偿债能力的各因素中起着最为重要的作用。库存资产管理的好坏不仅对流动资产的资金占用有极大的影响,而且对生产经营活动有重人影响。

文中主要从东轩物流的库存,现状分析逐渐的说明库存管理的重要意义,并介绍了一些常用的库存管理办法,来解决东轩物流存在的问题。

1.1企业基本概况

沈阳东轩物流有限公司成立于2005年12月1日,其前身是沈阳市东轩运输有限公司。公司注册资金500万元人民币。公司主要经营者在许多知名企业担任高级物流管理人员,具有十分丰富的理论知识和实践经验,在沈阳物流行业中具有较高的知名度,为客户的高质量服务提供人力资源保障。
