1. 双响筒 Tick Tock Block / Twin Tone Block
Children, tap the different sections of the wooden block with the striker
to produce high and low tones. Doesn’t it sound like a clock?

Sweety, hold onto the string that dangles the triangle and strike it with a
beater. You can dampen the sound by touching the triangle with your
hand.

Son, hold one maraca in each hand by the handle. The head of the
maraca should be facing up. Now try to shake the maracas to the beat of
the music.

响板 Castanet ['kæstə,net]
Before you start, loop the cord of the castanet over your thumb. Tap your
fingers quickly against the castanet to make a short, crisp sound.

5. 铜钹（俗称“镲”）Cymbal ['simbl]
Sweet heart, grip the strap of each cymbal and smash them together.

Baby, hold the tambourine at a 45 degree angle and drum it with your

Honey, hold onto the butt of the drumsticks and strike the tip against the

9. 大军鼓 Bass Drum Child, with a drumstick in each hand, beat both sides of the drum
together. The bass drum is very important. It gives orders to the
marching band.

10. 架子鼓 Drum Set / Drum Kit The drum kit is all about rhythm ['riðəm]. Let’s start by laying a beat with
the bass drum. Once we have it, we can start to beat the different drums
and add to the rhythm.
